For the size of the bag you’d expect to get a lot more out of it. The cup serving is fairly large and you will get through this quickly using their measurements. Despite this, it tastes great and works really well. The peach flavour is spot on and has a really nice sweetness to it, it mixes easily with minimal lumps as it’s a very fine powder. I’ve also tried it with milk and it made a really nice thick milkshake as it foams up a lot. Overall it’s a good product, I’ve been using it after workouts for a couple of weeks now, and will keep getting this specific one as I usually struggle to pick a flavour, but this gets it just right.
Most protein shakes are milky thick even when mixed with water. This is like pre-workout, very fine powder that blends into a neon fluorescent pink, and tastes like candyfloss met a berry liqueur.
Shakes into a foamy head like a bad beer.
And yet, I like it! This will not be like your normal shakes, nor for anyone who doesn’t like a sweet drink.
Science in Sport Rego Clear Recovery | Clear Whey Protein Shake, Powder mixes well with no lumps (using a milk shake cup), and it doesn’t leave an aftertaste like some protein powders do, also provides a nice thick shake that is filling.
I mix this with almost everything. Porridge, yoghurt etc. Oh just yummy!!
This is also Helped me to cut down on total daily calories as it’s quite filling. I generally have it as breakfast in a hurry; a scoop of protein and a banana blitzed together for general dashing about is just divine! You simply can’t go wrong with it, brilliant for those who want boosting their protein.
The flavour of the whey protein shake is just wonderful, easy to mix with no clumping. Can’t offer much on the performance due to only been using for a short period of time, but I do feel it helps my recovery slightly better after a workout than before, so 4 star. The taste is sublime , does not taste like a shake (even with water mixed in). Great macros low in carbs and fats, high in protein. I can feel the product digests very easily and as a result you don’t feel bloated at all. meets all my whey needs.
Overall this appears to be a relatively alright protein powder that you can’t really go wrong with.
I’ve used clear whey for a while from a well known online Protein vendor, I prefer it over standard whey as you can mix it up and have it as a regular drink. My favourite flavour is actually peach, and I’m glad to say that SIS got this flavour right.
The sugar to protein ratio is great with this clear whey, for me anyway as I am often restricting my carb intake in the pursuit of weight loss.
I do feel this is very pricey for 10 servings hence I’ve knocked a star off.
I ordered this to drink after sports training to help with muscle recovery. I drink it within one hour after the training and the taste is excellent. I can feel the muscle recovery has become faster than before as I feel noticeably less tired the next morning after sports day. This protein shake is priced at 25 at the time of review, which I think is reasonable but also quite expensive because one pack contains only 10 servings. I would highly recommend it if you can afford this quality protein shake.
Science in Sport Rego Clear Recovery is a decent protein shake. The peach flavour tastes good and it’s easy to digest after workouts. It helps with muscle recovery and I appreciate the 20g of protein per serving. I’d recommend it.

yes it taste good and is a good quality fine powder so it mixes well with water you do need to do a arm workout when mixing it to make sure it all dissolves and has no lumps the bag give 10 servings and this is a recovery drink so will help maintain the muscle gain from your workout the raspberry and cranberry is very refreshing and not too swee
The Science in sport rego clear recovery is a great balance protein shake, it provides 20g protein and 21g carbs per a shake. The pack size i ordered is 460g which is good if your tight on space and want to try different flavours before ordering in larger quantities. I’m used to diet whey style shakes normally as i try keep my carbs on the lower side. This shake proteins a little more than the diet whey shakes and is great for muscle recovery and bulking. I found the taste to pretty balance, i was concerned it was going to be sickly sweet but it’s surprisingly quite refreshing, although i do mix my shakes with almond milk. Overall the shake taste pretty good and is helping me achieve my macros, for the bag size and price i’d say it’s priced very strongly.

Peach flavour ordered and it is pleasant enough – subtle and not overpowering.
Mixes well and is easy to drink.

This bag has ten servings, each making 500ml of drink. To make, just mix with water in a shaker, and shake. I found that it mixes reasonably well, but not perfectly when shaken with a mixer. It mixes well enough, though.
Flavour is okay, maybe on the weak side, but not chemically like some of this type of drink.
A great post-workout recovery drink with a refreshing raspberry and cranberry flavor. Easy to mix with water, providing a good balance of protein and carbs for muscle recovery. Low sugar content and light feel after drinking. A bit pricey but high quality.

A big bag with 10 servings x 46g , mixed well and tastes ok , fruity and a little tarty balanced by the sweetener. I’d prefer natural sugars if any are added but it’s a very small amount .
I tried this in place of my usual shake post exercise . Not an endurance athlete by any means but pushing limits at my level and need the support for recovery .
Seems as effective as my usual shake and possibly better ,only time will tell as I use it over the next few weeks .
A little higher budget than I would normally pay but as I use a smaller serving – size ,not energy related , it will last a few weeks .
I have other products I like from SIS, they know what they’re doing .
A long use by date to July 2026 , a recyclable bag that seals well between use .
Confused by the claim to be suitable for vegans on the label just underneath the ingredient list containing milk .
