Anyone buying a Nothing Phone knows that you want to keep it protected but also avoid either those oversized cases that block the glyphs on the back or the rubbery sleeves that wouldn’t protect it from a drop higher than half a feet or so.
I don’t know how but Spigen managed to square the circle. It looks sturdy and safe but, at the same time, it doesn’t devalue your phone.
I realise other reviewers have complained about scratching easily. So far, I haven’t experienced any of those issues. I think the design may have changed recently, as there are four raised feet on the back that stops the case being in contact with surfaces. They seem to do the job. Maybe it wouldn’t stop scratches of keeping your phone in the same pocket as a bunch of keys but, that would just be careless to do. Treat your phone with respect!
I like the cover. Its a little hard when you want to take off. But doesn’t leave any scratches or marks. Easily gets put on. I am enjoying the phone and the case.
I have the grey Nothing Phone 2 and this case really suits its colour scheme and looks
It’s a robust case with transparent a firm clear plastic back and a more rubberised finish around the sides and front of th case. It’s a firm fit also so no chance of the phone dropping out
The button protrusions are easy to find without being combersom, there is also an edging on the back covering each corner meaning when the phone is placed on its back it’s slightly elevated from the surface below. The same applies to the front of the phone where there is around a 2mm clearance between the case and screen if the phone is laid flat face down
I’d probably recommend the Spigen glass screen protector to accompany the case which will be my next purchase based on the quality of the case
Have been using this case for quite a while now. The design is unobtrusive yet offers a high degree of protection for the phone. The clear back does not affect the rear Glyph lights. Great produc
I thought I would write a review given I just dropped my phone off my balcony 4 floor up and you can’t even tell. The gaps in and near the camera lens mean you will have to take it off once in a while to removing bits and give it a clean. But other than that it does a really good job.
Nice case, works nicely with the lights on the back of the phone. Some how attracts dust on the inside tho and is a fingerprint magnet. Other than that is good.
Well built and designed compared to cheaper transparent cases (because this one costs more of course).
The back is made from a hard plastic, after a month there are a lot of marks and scratches likely from keys and other metal objects.
Despite a phone case making this massive phone wider, it made it gripable, I had some trouble holding it without a case, felt like it was going to slip right out of my hand.
There are a few additions to the case design:
Their logo on the bottom left side
Small AIR CUSHION TECHNOLOGY top of phone
Strange holes bottom right side of phone
The corners are raised and have their air cushions
And like all transparent cases, it will probably go yellow, but NOTHING so far and I hope it stays that way for a long time. Due to the phone’s design, getting anything other than a clear case is wasteful IMO.
(I would also recommend getting a screen protector this case doesn’t include one and a bundle.
It’s a nice phone, you’ll treat it well won’t you?)
As the title says the case is great, it fits nice and snug and the buttons are still nice and tactile so you still get that nice click. I’ve had no yellowing so far but I’ve only had it for a little over a month so time will tell if it holds up. The back it solid with the sides still being solid but rubberised so you can flex it just enough to get the phone in and out the case. My one and only complaint is that where the cutouts for the camera and flash is leaves a big enough gap where crumbs and any other thing like dust or dirt can find it’s way in behind the case so the only way to clean it is to remove your phone and clean it that way. It’s almost a daily occurrence to find dust or some crumbs behind the case up at the flash area and it can get annoying. Not the biggest issue as a phone case should always be about protecting the phone from damage but I feel like making the plastic a little thicker in that one section so it made flush contact with the phone wouldn’t be difficult for them for quality of life purposes.
