TV did not work, as the remote didn’t turn it on, due to the tv button not being in the correct place as per the manual and almost impossible to find as it was hidden underneath. However Amazon product support were very helpful and found the hidden button for us and the TV now works. Thanks very much for the indispensable telephone assistance.

Good quality picture and sound. There is an issue with Freeview that causes audio and video on all channels to fail (no sound, no display).

However, this can easily be resolved by going to Settings > Device & Software and Resetting the system.

This appears to be an intermittent problem but it has occurred on 2 different devices and more than once.

This is a steal, big screen, easy set up and all the apps you want. Picture quality is fantastic and sound is perfect. This is probably one of my best buys on Amazon.
