I’ve always bought Turtle Beach for my controller and headset. This controller maybe expensive but it’s on par with many others that are more expensive. I spent a long time researching the mane types and makes of controllers. So when I bought this controller I knew I was buying an item that would last years. Definitely recommend
Yes it a great looking controller, with potentially lots of features but I some how don’t feel 100% satisfied with it.
Fits in hand lovely, has nice textured triggers and handles, on screen controls that can also be done via an app on pc or mobile.
Love you can remap the back buttons on the fly and the fact the thumb sticks are anti drift for hopefully future resistance to the dreaded stick drift.
The pads or pads software is not perfect though, it allows social notifications on its screen by connecting via Bluetooth to your device but I cant get it to work with my Samsung s23 and it seems many people online having same issues with their devices.
It’s a good pad and does the basics perfectly but I just feel for the price it doesn’t do enough, I have a cheap controller that does the basics just as good so all the rest is just fluff!
Only time will tell how this pad truely performs and wether all the built in tech is really worth it.
Feel Turtlebeach missed a trick though by not making this pad work or connect with their pro headphones, they could have had a great echo system and might have encouraged many stealth ultra owners to buy the pro headset?
