If you’re looking for something cheap that will work and isn’t hard to install this is for you. My only negative point for this product is its louder than I was expecting, I have not tested it when gaming but just watching Youtube you can hear it with headphones only a little nothing major to make me angry with my purchase.
So overall it’s a good purchase, cheap, works, cools your PC down, 1 cable. 4/5 🙂
I got this as a backup in case of a failure of any of my other fans so I haven’t installed it yet, but I have powered it up and it works just fine. It comes with everything you need and is reasonably quiet. My main PC is a custom built gaming rig with tighter specifications on everything, but I’ve just built a basic home PC for my mum and this fan would be absolutely at home in such a setup.
Nothing wrong with it; happy.
This is a decent cheap fan. It comes with all the screws you need to install it in a pc case plus the cable too. It’s lightweight and easy to install. It’s not the quietest fan out there but for the price it does what it needs to do. It’ll look nice in a dark/black setup and hides well in my dark case.
This is surprisingly good for the price.
It’s not silent, but I didn’t expect it to be at this price point, however with some PWM control its near enough to silent in my machine.
Theres very little noise from the bearing, and it seems to run very smoothly with little vibration, but bear in mind this is a sample size of 1 so while this ones good, check other reviews too make sure there no issues before buying a case full.
The mounts are rubberised (which ive not seen anywhere near this price point before), and everything (expect the small label on the back of the spindle) is nicely blacked out, it would fit most builds just fine aesthetically.
Never used an uphere fan before, but I would definitly buy them in future based on this one.
The ‘upHere gaming U3K1 PC Fan, Low Noise 4-Pin PWM 120mm Case Fan, High Performance Cooling 1650 RPM Hydraulic Bearing Computer Fan, 25dB(A) – Black’ arrived in a branded box that also included mounting screws.
This is the first fan I have encountered where the outside of the fan frame is filled in, usually it is just the fan frame moulding that is visible, so I guess for those with clear sided cases, it can look cleaner, but for someone like myself with an all black case, it will never be seen.
I did like the fact the fan had pre-fitted rubber dampening pads at all of the corners, so often fans do not have them, or the user has to fit them themselves.
As to the noise level, I honestly can’t hear it at low rpm especially once the case is closed, partly due to having a case with sound deadening material as standard, but also due to how my system is configured, and that is unless it gets extremely hot inside the case, or I manually set the fans to turbo, then in general they are just idling around 450rpm. Often the only way I know what my fans are doing is by looking at the computers monitoring software.
I have no idea how long this fan will last, but with the computer on sometimes 18 hours a day; it is definitely going to get some use.
It’s a great fan, looks nice – not fancy but just designed to get on with the job.
Installation was a breeze 🙂 and it simply screwed into the case and connected using the 4 pin plug.
For some reason mine came with 3 screws rather than 4 but this was not a big deal.
The fan operates well and is fairly quiet. I am using it as an additional fan as I have quite a compact case and a lot of things inside. It has helped keep things a little cooler when the computer is running at tickover.
So, overall pleased with it.
This is a decent basic option for a PC fan. I already have 3 fans at the front of my case, but opted for this one to provide additional cooling to the rear.
The fan comes with PWN connectors and screws, and was very easy to install. It’s a bit flimsy and rattly compared to my others, but does what I wanted it to do.
Good budget option and fits in well with my black case and hardware.
I was looking for another calling fan for me PC so I ordered this one.
It’s all comes well boxed and in the box you get the PC cooling fan which comes with the pwn for pin lead attached and also comes with the four screws to insert it inside your PC case.
So I installed it onto my motherboard and I can confirm that it all works perfectly and is low noise, as usual when the fans did spin up high though when I was testing it it did make a little bit of noise so it is not perfect compared to some of my more expensive ones but it’s still good none the less.
Overall if you’re looking for some good cheap PC cooling fans then this could be for you.
