My hearing isn’t so good and wear hearing aids. This makes the ear wax build up quicker. I used to have free ear wax removal with the NHS in the UK, but they have stopped it now. Have to go private at 60 a session which is unavoidable for me.
This unit works on the same principle of the units that my doctor used to use. However, it’s not as powerful. I prefer that as I’d rather err on the side of caution, as far as ear damage is concerned.
I use oil in my ears overnight to soften the wax and the warmest water I can stand. Then it really works.
I only use the standard setting.

It is a very good and powerful ear irrigation product. The water stream is powerful enough to clean the ear and yet not too powerful to hurt the air. There are 10 reusable tips. The cleaning utilities are very nice. The ear basin is big enough to collect the waste water. There are 4 different modes.

This is amazing as it really does clean your ears fully and you can add water in the bottom meaning you can have it as warm as want it just refill when needed it holds quite a bit too but remember not too warm as you don’t want to burn the inside of your ear and well worth the money and I definitely recommend i
The tools you get with it is useful to clean water but with the water system you need to be careful, you get lots of accessories with it aswell. This ear wax cleaner is better than others and safe to use. After ordering this it arrived quickly so good service. The size is not to big so can fit into adult and teen years however do not use it on anyone under 7.
Ordered this item thinking it may be too weak, but it’s not it’s great. Did just the job, very well made item with a strong spray. It’s good it has multiple heads so we can share it between both of us. Super value for money.

This machine is a god send to me !!!!! I have been plagued with wax for years and it was hard to get a syringe on the NHS and now apparently one has to pay. However with this simple to operate, powerful syringe my problems are over. No more waiting putting Olive Oil in my ear and waiting for the long arduous time it takes to clear my ear. Now I can do it straight away. However, it might be an ideas to put some Olive oil in the day before you syringe if you have backed up and hard wax. But now I just syringe every now and then and my ears reamain clear and clean. Brilliant !!!!!! Excellent !!!!!!
I regularly suffer from blocked ears after years of using ear buds. Gone are the days of free nhs ear irrigation and this equipment is the perfect alternative. You need to apply olive oil or similar ear treatment drops for a few days to soften any compounded ear wax. Using this product is very easy after ensuring it is fully charged. Simply fill the reservoir with warm water and secure it to the main body. It can be used in the shower but I use it with my head over the sink. Place the water spray arm in the ear and turn on. Repeat as necessary to remove any stubborn wax. The water flow is painless but effective. This is an excellent and convenient solution that avoids the necessity of expensive private treatment.
