    Bought this headset as I have issues with the large over-the-ear headsets. The large ones hurt my ears but this one is great. No pinching of the side of the head and the sound is good. Use for work and teams meetings.

    I have been using this headset for a few months and love it. During meetings, I find it the clarity and sound excellent. It is very comfortable to wear. I especially love the microphone on this headset as it is very flexible and easily adjustable. The headset also comes with volume controls which is a nice feature as well.

    Update #2 – Unfortunately, lost the right channel. Contacted Audicom and they quickly sent a replacement headset.. Great seller!

    I purchased that device a few weeks ago and I am very happy with it. It is simple, light, and functional. It looks good on the screen when I have meting, not bulky and professional. I am very happy about that purchase.

    There are not bad for the price. Sound quality is fine and easily to adjust the volume when needed. I really like the mute for both the mic and the ear piece as that comes in handy from time to time.
    We did have one issue with a head set where the head band piece broke. As it was within warranty, they sent a new headset over right away. I really appreciate the great service!

Just in time for my Webex meeting! Very good sound quality and handy volume and microphone controls. Connected nicely to my Windows 10 PC. Happy with product. I’m a repeat customer as well.

    Very cheaply made. I should have spent a little more money on a better product.
