Took a chance on these despite limited reviews. Thankfully the gamble payed off, these are excellent. Price wise they’re not far off same ballpark as Jabra equivalents, so expectations were high. Thankfully they’ve met and even exceeded them.
First and foremost, I share a home office with my wife, so mic noise cancelling was paramount. To test I played music full volume on my phone and held it about one foot from the mic while I made a teams test call. Unbelievably I couldn’t hear even a hint of the music behind my recorded voice. Same for making actual teams calls with my wife on a call in the background. The participants couldn’t hear her at all. Very impressed.
Next test was sound quality for music. I’ve no intention of using them to listen to music, but wanted to test nonetheless. Was very surprised by the richness and depth of the sound from a random youtube music vid. No they won’t compete with dedicated headphones, but for something designed for online meetings these are surprisingly capable. Might even convince me to start listening to music between meetings!
Build quality is good, they do have a premium feel and good finish. They come with a padded zip pouch which is fairly basic but does the job.
Comfort is ok. The overhead band is a little thin, or maybe under-padded, which means after about 30mins it need moved to a new position on my head to relieve the pressure point. However compared to the wired Jabras these replace, I find these way more comfortable.
Finally, the controls are straightforward, the battery has lasted a full week of calls so far (maybe 3 or 4 hours a day). Perhaps one complaint is the lack of a battery status indicator, I’ll just need to figure out a charging routine as I go along.
Overall very happy and would consider these good value for the price.
Connects via Bluetooth very easily for wireless use, or wired connection via the provided USB C cable. Headset is comfortable for wearing for long periods. Sound is very clear. A carry case is provided with the headset.
Nice headset, working well with my MacBook. The Bluetooth pairing worked fine. Used it in a couple of teams meetings and audio was good. Comfortable to wear as well. Recommended.
In the realm of endless online meetings and calls, finding a headset that keeps up with my needs was a challenge until I stumbled upon this one. The clarity during calls is something to behold, even in a bustling home office environment. Switching between devices is seamless, which is a boon when juggling work on a laptop and calls on a mobile. Battery life is more than adequate, getting me through several days of heavy use without a hitch. The comfort level is exceptional, making long wear periods bearable, which is rare. The controls are intuitive, enhancing the user experience without having to constantly refer to a manual.
I was looking for a set of Bluetooth headphones that I can use for a variety of tasks. I ordered this headset because they fit my needs, and I liked a couple of the additional features. Noise cancelling and the mute option by moving the microphone piece were two features that added to my interest.
It was easy to connect both my cell phone and PC. The microphone is a good size and the headband fit nicely, leaving the earpieces right where they should be. I would have liked the earpieces to be a little larger, but they still work well at noise cancelling.
The headset is very lightweight, which is good for wearing a long time. However, it makes me wonder how long the set will last, because they feel too light really. Time will tell.
