Now I’m wearing these headphones and listening to a youtube video in the background as I type this. They’re quieter than most headphones I’ve worn, so I had to crank the volume to hear anything. But once I could, the sound quality was fine. They muffle quieter noises (so if your teenager is wearing them and pretending not to hear you at all, they’re probably faking XD ). I could hear my partner talking to me, but not make out what they said without partially taking off the headphones. Now on the good side, they hold a charge for a long time, easily 12 hours or more. They did take me some time to get used to, but once I did they’re comfortable. The microphone works well. So if you’re looking for an inexpensive, wireless headset, these headphones are just fine.
Per my son, the user. The audio is OK the mic not so much but it’s still a good headset to play games with loud sounds.
He said he will be using it for playing solo as a back-up but will use higher audio/mic for when playing with friends.
So a solid 4 I guess.
The good news is they’re very easy to use—no drivers needed. I just plugged them in, and they worked with my PS4 using the 3.5 mm interface. The Bluetooth connection is convenient, and the 7.1 stereo surround sound provides clear and immersive audio, especially for gaming.
The detachable microphone is a nice touch, and it works well in both wired and wireless modes. The sound quality of the mic is decent for chatting with friends during gaming sessions.
Comfort-wise, the headphones are made of good-quality materials. They fit well over my ears, and the ergonomic design helps reduce hearing damage and sweating. The faux leather material is soft, but I did find that my ears started to feel a bit warm after long periods of use.
One downside is that they’re not completely noise-cancelling. While they block out some background noise, they don’t fully isolate you from your surroundings, which can be distracting during intense gaming or when you just want to focus on your music.
Overall, the YOTMS G2000 Pro headphones have some strong points in terms of sound quality and ease of use, but they fall a bit short in noise-cancelling capabilities. They’re a solid choice, but not without their flaws.
This is a versatile headset that could be use with wires or wirelessly. Connecting it to my laptop was easy enough. The sound quality is decent, but nothing impressive. For the microphone, the volume was on the quiet side according to my friends on the opposite side, despite being on max.
The detachable mic s great, as I do not always want it in my face, especially if I am playing solo games.
While they do look a bit “gamer-y”, I feel that they are bulky for no reason. I also find the cable included to be a bit short.
Overall, they are fine for the price. I would rate them 3.5 stars.
Headset came in nice packaging and it could be be really good present for someone.
Headphones are super comfortable and easily adjusted to desired position. Sound is full and good bass.
For my taste as i am not gamer they are little bit bulky. However for full emersion in game sounds they need to be bulky to cancel surrounding noise, and this headphones have excellent noice canceling ability.
Cable for cable setup is light and soft.
Mic is good and sits good when in headphones.
Bluetooth connectivity is slowish but once connected you don’t have to repeat process.
Charging is through UCB C which is standard now.
Look and feel is excellent plastic is shiny and appearance is good.
Great quality gaming headset. It has multi-platform compatibility and surround sound, it has limited bluetooth features. The noise-canceling microphone is great especially with its detachable feature. It has a long battery life making it suitable for on the go gaming.
