I didn’t dislike the product. The earphones were delivered beautifully. Nice packaging.
Only things I disliked was that I discovered they are not compatible with my HP laptop, as in, the plug bit doesn’t fully go into the laptop connection possibly a school girl error on my part.
Bought these for my husband to use when in hospital having cancer treatment found them a bit hard but got used to them and could watch his tablet in peace also uses them at home great for me as i can watch to or listen to music without being disturbed

Although the wires are a bit fragile but sound quality if good and surely value for money. Volume is good and nice. I am fed up of using wireless because it can easily be lost.
