Why is TMR electromagnetic joystick rather than Hall electromagnetic joystick?

Is the resolution of the TMR joystick much higher than Hall effect joysticks?

Is the power consumption of the TMR joystick much lower than the Hall joystick?

Why GuliKit TMR is not compatible with Xbox Elite/Xbox One/DualSense Edge?

What is the relationship between GuliKit and AKNES?

Installed them yesterday and so far they work very well. Installation of course requires soldering so if you don’t have much experience, it could be a little difficult for you, but anyone with some experience shouldn’t have much problem. After installing, calibrating was quick and easy resulting in a really centered dead zone and good circularity.

Recommended if you’re suffering stick drift with the stock analogs.

    1. the joystick module sits slightly lower than the original module. If you choose to use the original joystick caps from with these joystick modules, they will be slightly lower than the originals from Sony; that means less range, but you compensate with the calibration tool online. That’s probably why they provided their own joystick caps along as a bundle; which sits higher and compensates for the lower height of the modules.

    2. they work great after calibratio

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersThese are a great upgrade for old worn out sticks (or even a new controller if you want improved accuracy and reduced dead zones).

You’ll need to have some soldering skills and tools to install them (decent soldering iron, flux, 60/40, braid/wick, solder sucker, and basic hands tools). A hot air station or electric desoldering pump makes removing them much easier/faster, but isn’t required.

The hardest part for a beginner will be desoldering the old sticks from the board (Tip: apply fresh 60/40 to all the solder joints first to help the old solder flow better).

That being said… These have a faster response time, better accuracy, very tight dead zone/low jitter, and about a 5-7% error rate (compared to my original controllers which ranged between 11-18%).

Note: You DO NOT lose the L3/R3 buttons by installing these (as another review mentions). If they are not working after the install, inspect your solder joints for those connections, they function the same as the original sticks. Just be sure to properly calibrate your controllers stick center and range after you install the new sticks for the best results.

Fast response, near zero dead zones, and low jitter.

Install was a pain, but that’s par for the course as a beginner at soldering. Even with accidentally being a little rough with the install and looking like I burnt the pcb, the sticks work great. Feels and works just like a fresh stick without any drift and a smoother movement detection than stock ones. Had zero issues with r3/l3 as well. I’ll probably have to buy a few more on pay day before more people catch on to this thing and they sell out.

Alles funktioniert einwandfrei! DANKE!!
