Picture is deceptive , unit is alot smaller than I thought. banking card size & provides plenty of fan options.
build is basic but a unto like this doesn’t need to be like solid steel

Great item if you are limited by power or ports of MD. It comes with 2 stickers for attaching to case or 2 magnets to use also. Small and compact great for smaller cases also
Very impressed for the price. Far better than all the stuff without housing. A lovely little solution and works flawless. Easy to install as well with magnets or sticker fee
I ran into an issue where my motherboard only had 3 fan headers while I had 5 fans to run. So found this little guy and it’s great. It comes with magnetic strips so can be placed anywhere in the case and has loads of ports for extra fans. Just needs to be powered by sata and then plugged into a fan header and it will read the rpm of the first fan port in the hub. Worth the tenner!
Fan-tastic! (LOLs)
Okay, seriously, you attach a couple of 3M stickers to the back of it, (Magnetic or double sided sticker) depending on your needs. Plug in a SATA power connector, attach it to your motherboard with the supplied cable, and then plug in up to 10 fans, making sure one of them is in the white port so RPM data can be picked up by the motherboard. And that’s it. Great little hub. Reasonably priced.

its exactly want i needed considering the last one failed and shorter my fans out.
this on the other hand is easy to use and small enough to hide. word of advice go gentle with the SATA because its not the most durable so don’t give it to much force or your break it.
only needed to add 2 fans to a motherboard that had one port, you can easily expand with this if needed however fitted my requirement perfectly.
will update if any issues hopefully my problem is solved now.
