This keyboard looks great! I like the different color options and settings that I can adjust. The sound of the keyboard is really nice too. I like that I have the option to connect it via bluetooth, usb-wireless 2.4hz, or having it be wired. All around great keyboard for typing stuff and for gaming.
I’m new to thocky keyboards, but I believe this one is great for the price. Sound is excellent, RGB looks good despite not having shine-through keycaps (not using it that much though) and build quality feels solid. Battery life is extremely good for my needs. I haven’t exactly measured it, but with occasional gaming sessions, web browsing, some typing and RGB off it has been going without charging for almost 2 weeks now. Talking about gaming, I’m a competitive player, but not to the point of actually being benefited by rapid trigger or stuff like that, so it works well for me, but might not be good enough for more advanced players. For typing tho, it is the best keyboard I’ve ever had.
Some cons are that it apparently isn’t easy to customize since it’s held by plastic clips instead of screws, and it also has north facing LEDs. The latter is not really a deal breaker because the switches (LEOBOG Reapers) are fairly tall and don’t interfere with cherry profile keycaps, but if you want to use other switch-keycap combos it might be a problem. Software is bad, but I’ve only used it once to see what was up and uninstalled it immediately after, so not really an issue.
It’s great for what it is: a pre-built customizable-ish good quality tri-mode 75% keyboard
La verdad el teclado no decepciona, tiene variedad de RGB y los Switch que contiene son muy buenos, se conecta a varios dispositivos de varias formas. El color Blanco queda muy elegante, muy recomendado.
This keyboard came the day after I ordered it without any damage. It came with a keycap and switch puller, 4 extra switches and a really good keyboard. At first it wouldn’t turn on when I plugged it into my computer but I found a solution. It was because of an in sufficient power supply. All you need to do is unplug you mouse and speakers, plug back in you keyboard and then plug the mouse and speakers back in.
For the price, it sounds amazing and feels amazing! I would definitely recommend buying this!
Came in super fast (free shipping). I was a bit worried because the package is damaged it looks like someone has returned it. But everything is in the box including the freebies so no complaints. I am switching from a Logitech PRO keyboard. Performance wise for gaming, it’s respectable (wired) haven’t tried wireless. But I plan to keep it plugged in anyway. Typing experience is very good. Pretty similar to my LogiPRO. Sound Quality? Hands down, it sounds so good right out of the box. Perfect score for that. It sounds thocky on the video but it will definitely sound deeper irl. It is very satisfying to play with. Design is very appealing stock but I plan to change the keys to match my setup. It is smaller compared to my already compact logiPro so that’s also a plus for me. Everything is good, it’s just the packaging that worries me at first but it’s probably just for testing purposes.
This is one of the best keyboards I’ve ever used for this price. It give you the features, quality and most importantly the SOUND of a premium keyboard but doesn’t break the bank. Go for it without any second thought. There are some other keyboards in this range but they are not available that easily in India.
Pros:
1. The sound is very thockky. Even better than some of the premium keyboards. I have the reaper switches but it you are able to get the ice vein then they are the best IMO.
2. The keycaps quality is very good and the keycaps colour theme looks very beautiful.
3. The material is plastic but is of high quality.
4. The connectivity is awesome you can connect 5 devices at a time and switch between them using shortcuts. You also have Mac and Android compatibility.
5. It’s a little bit on the heavier side which IMO is very good.
6. Battery life is crazy. I’ve been using it for 8 to 10 days for around 12 hrs daily and still it’s around 30% as of writing the review. (I don’t always use it always on RGB but it was on full RGB for around 30-35% of the time.)
Cons:
1. The keycaps are not shine through. And the switches have North facing led (I like North ones though).
2. It’s difficult to open the board. But I hardly feel like you should, it has every mod already.
Ive had a lot of budget keyboards and this is the one you want it has a pre-modded quality its got no hollowness at all, very heavy, no flex, it feels like a really nice, ie, expensive board, the graywood switches are excellent, the softwares mid but you can do everything on board without it except rebinding keys which you can manage via power tools, unless you want to spend twice as much for one of the better keychron you wont do bette
Note; I used the keyboard both out-of-the-box *and* with some different switches and keycaps, regardless of your preference of keeping it stock vs swapping the switches/caps – this board is truly exceptional.
Video; First few keys are what you get out of the box, the last few presses are with DROP Holy Panda switches.
I can’t tell you how blown away I was when I got this board out of its box, and tried it out for the first time. The board comes with solid “clicky” linear switches, with a really satisfying but subtle sound. The board is exceptionally well “insulated”, the internals consisting of foam, gasket mounts etc. do wonders for the sound and feel when typing.
I am coming from both a Glorious GMMK Pro, and a Razer BlackWidow V7 75% – both considerably more expensive than this board. I have put these away in a box now.
The configuration of colours is fairly straight forward, following the included manual was pretty easy to get it setup how I want. I’m not one for crazy colours, but it has exactly that if you prefer. I don’t think it has the ability to completely customise each individual key separately and save custom profiles like some other boards provide (Razer for example) – but that’s no bother for me personally.
The board itself, the shell, is a nice rubbery-plastic, and it has good heft to its weight, it feels solid.
With it being both wired and wireless, this board can sit on your desk with a custom USB C cable, or be taken with you and a laptop out on the move.
Absolutely brilliant, might have to pick up another one!
Absolutely beautiful keyboard. If you are like me, who loves watching youtube videos of thocky and creamy keyboards and wish to experience it yourself without having to build one on your own, then this is the perfect keyboard.
The best part is it can connect to 5 devices at a time (3 via bluetooth, 1 via cable, 1 via dongle)
The RGB is no joke on this. So bright and beautiful. I got the leobog reaper- Ice blue when it was 7500rs. Such a budget keyboard. Value for money!!
Every one on youtube says the software is bad. I dont understand why. I found it easy to use. So thats a plus too. There is no downside to buying this. Just go for it!
EARLY IMPRESSIONS (Will update after few months)
1. The keyboard has some weight seriously.
2. Typing is just so smooth. I really can feel the difference when I switched from my RK 61.
3. The typing sound is bliss. Oh my god the Thockiness.
4. Keys are extra sensitive so didnt felt that comfortable while gaming. I mean adapting to it will take some time. I still prefer my RK61 or Corsair MK70 se for gaming.
5. RGB lighting is good but I feel the illumination is little less compared to other keyboards I have. But its fine.
6. Bluetooth and 2.4 connection is working great.
7. Best budget mechanichal keyboard. I mean you can buy it eyes closed and definitely you will enjoy typing with it.
I don’t think I’ve ever left a review on Amazon before after years of buying but I got to for this if your looking for a keyboard that will look great and sound so good you don’t even want to play you Just want to sit and type this is it it’s heavy’s feel really well built and for it’s price I genuinely don’t think you could spend your money on any keyboard that will satisfy like this will
I wanted to downsize my desk setup and was skeptical about going from a big bulky full size keyboard to this smaller one, but I’m loving it.
Right out of the box, it has a nice weight and quality feel to it. Being a smaller keyboard means I can move it out of the way much easier when I need to. No issues with connecting via Bluetooth, adapter, or wired.
Lots of backlit RGB color modes to flip through from solid colors to spectrums – there’s a neat mode that lights up your keystrokes, spreading out from the single key you press across the whole keyboard. I recommend keeping your instruction manual handy so you don’t forget how to adjust these lighting and other key settings.
And of course, there’s the creamy sound and typing action – it’s pretty satisfying to type with! One minor annoyance though, I’m used to resting my thumb on the space bar and you can’t really do that on this keyboard cause you’re bound to press it accidentally. Gotta retrain my brain to only hover over it or stay away from it, or maybe there’s a way to adjust the sensitivity but I haven’t looked that far into it.
Overall though I’m very happy with this keyboard, and for the money it’s a really good value!
Me vino sin el protector del teclado, sin instructivo, gua y sin los switches de repuesto y la verdad me hubiera gustado mucho tenerlo y si hay una forma de conseguirlo estara genial. El sonido es muy bueno al igual que la textura. Muy cmodo
Alright this keyboard is nearly perfect for the price. It’s an incredibly solid chassis with a knob, it’s wireless, it has RGB, the keycaps are excellent, and the sound is so wonderfully marbly.
The only thing preventing this keyboard from being a perfect 10/10 is the LEOBOG Reaper Switches. These switches are so buttery and feel so good, BUT it’s as if they have no actuation travel so they’re super sensitive. It says these switches have a 1.8mm actuation travel but there’s no way. Just resting your hand on keys between sentences/thoughts you’re likely to cause chatter and realize semicolon or spacebar registered 100 times. This also makes it bad for gaming, because you’ll register a bunch of keypresses by just resting your fingers on WASD and spacebar.
The good news is that the board is hot swappable and you can change the switches. After swapping the switches for Akko Piano Pros this thing is an absolute dream.
