The audio quality is not high fidelity, as in super high fidelity, after all they are fitting quite a lot of components in a tiny cable.
But it is not a huge problem.
Car speakers are rarely very high quality anyway, and the listening environment is not such one could appreciate hi-fi reprodution anyway.
It works well and it is very inexpensive.

This is just one of those handy to have connectors for plugging in your phone to older audio equipment, or where Bluetooth can experience distortion. It works well and audio is great quality. Recommended!

I found that, even though the aux worked fine and was a good deal for the price, the quality of the audio sounded different – as opposed to using a Bluetooth receiver.

For reference, this was used in my mk1 hyundai i10

There’s not really much to say about this in all honesty. It does exactly what it says on the tin and I use it as an aux cable in my car.

It’s a braided cable instead of it being one of those standard plastic-coated cables so it does have a bit more of a premium feel to it I also tend to find that braided cables are a bit stronger in the long run so that’s a nice bonus in my opinion.

It has a standard 3.5 millimetre Jack so can be used for headphones phones speakers laptops computers etc.

I’m not sure exactly how long this cable is it does seem quite small I would say probably around 1 to 1 1/2 metres in length but this does give you plenty of space to play with more than you could need and less you trying to plug it into something across the other side of the room in which case you can easily get an extension.
Overall this is really quite decent and reasonably priced and therefore it would be something that I would recommend it’s also plug and play so you don’t need any drivers or installations or anything like that pretty decent overall.

    4/5 — Great Product.

I ordered this to replace the lightning cable as I had upgraded my iPhone, the cable feels very soft in the had for a braided cable.
The price is 3.99 which is nice and cheap.
overall the cable does it’s job and is nicely priced, I’d happily recommend.

I bought a 13-year-old car recently and, for the life of me, I couldn’t fathom why the aux cable I had in my house wouldn’t work when I tried to connect my phone to its aux port. After getting a brand new aux cable, which also didn’t work, I asked what the problem might be in my car owners’ Facebook group.

Turns out it has to be a DAC (digital-to-analogue chip) aux cable like this one. Problem solved.

I’m no hi-fi audiophile and I don’t have 20-20 hearing, if there is such a thing, so I can’t really tell you whether this cable enables you to hear the subtlest nuances of your music in crystal clear quality, but I know this: I plugged it in, turned up the volume and I can hear the music in a way which is not unpleasing to my ears. Job done for well under a fiver. That’s my kind of aux.

I’m giving only four stars because, at the time of typing, I’m as yet unsure of this cable’s longevity. If I’m still using it in a few years time, I’ll come back and add that final star!

I got this to make use of an old headset with charging issues and it worked. Now I have a wired headset.
The cable is sturdy and braided, so makes it strong. It isn’t too thick so it doesn’t tangle either.
The only issue is that this cable isn’t comfortably long enough to use as a headphone jack while walking. Apart from this, it works and the build quality is good.

This USB C to 3.5mm stereo audio cable measures 102cm tip to tip. Cable diameter is 2mm (just) and feels a bit fragile and non-durable, so handle carefully. I played my phone to an external speaker through the cable. The cable works fine and sounds good, but middle and treble certainly play better than bass, possibly due to some attenuation from the slim cable. 4 stars.

4.0 out of 5 stars Very slim cable feels a bit fragile. Possible attenuation: treble and middle sound better than bass.
