I very rarely review things on here but since, at the time of purchase, the only reviews were from people who had been sent the item for free I thought I’d review it.
Overall this is a good bag, but there are a few things that prevent me rating it 5/5 so it’s staying at 4/5.
It seems to be well made, and has a lot of straps and stitching to reenforce it’s durability. This is important for me. It also has a lot of places to store stuff and to keep things easily accessible and separated from each other. I will use this mostly for travelling with my gear so this is also important for me.
Although it has less padding around the outside than my previous bag that I bought this to replace. As a result, it has very little structural integrity of its own and it’s kept to shape mostly by the dividers. This limits how you can place the dividers, but if you place them we’ll it’s actually more structurally solid than previous camera bags I’ve had.
I had trouble finding a layout of dividers that worked with the camera and other accessories I have, while maintaining structural integrity, and the one that I found which works means I can’t access the camera from the side flap, and it’s a little cramped for my other items. This won’t be a problem for everybody, though.
But it was harder to set up than my previous bag. I think mostly because there is no velcro on one side, to accommodate the side flap, which also limits options.
Bear in mind that the dividers are quite solid, rather than foamy, to create the structural integrity. This shouldn’t be a problem in most cases, but it’s something to be aware of.
The tripod holder straps underneath are also very long, and not removable. I don’t use a tripod, and will mostly use this for travelling, so it’s a bit awkward. I’ll have to either cut them off, or tie them up.
The straps overall seem a bit loose too, and I need to adjust them most times I put it on, although they seem to keep in place very well while the bag is in use.
This is an unbranded model so don’t expect something top of the range, but I picked this because it had the right combination of storage options and price for my travels, and I think it’ll be mostly suitable for what I need it for.
Overall I think it’ll be great for my travels, although if I had top of the range kit, and used it more often, I would probably pick a more expensive branded option with more padding.
It has a lot of pockets, which is important for me, and it has a separate pocket at the top for larger items or stuff you want to keep separate – a change of clothes while travelling for example. It also has a secret pocket for valuables and a pocket that can take both a laptop and documents. I think it would be very cramped with a laptop in there, and I don’t travel with one, but it has the space for it.
So yeah, don’t expect the most amazing rucksack ever, but if youre just looking for an affordable option with a lot of storage options for your gear, and you’re not going to be throwing the bag around a lot, this should be fine.
Time will tell if it’s durable long term, but for now it seems fine.
This camera bag looks just like any other bag in the market but once I opened it up and customised the dividers, I was shocked to see how many camera accessories I could pack in it.
You can have 2 Cameras with 2 – 3 lenses as well as Speedlights, chargers, cables, batteries as well as your Laptop and IPad.
There are loops to hook up a tripod on the bottom too. It is made of high quality polyester material which is Splash proof if you get caught in the rain. It is well padded to protect your valuables great for travelling. It has too many pockets to list but they are very useful for storing extra SD cards, batteries etc. Water bottle holder pocket on the side to keep you hydrated.
Padded shoulder straps and body straps for extra safety. Overall a very versatile and durable camera bag with essentially storage for everything to carry.
Offers ample space and protection for camera gear. The customizable interior keeps everything organized and secure. The backpack is comfortable to carry, even for long periods, making it ideal for travel and outdoor shoots. The added compartments for laptops and personal items are a bonus, providing convenience for photographers on the go.
