These adjustable watch straps are aesthetically pleasing and very easy to install. The stretchy material ensures a comfortable fit for most wrist sizes, making them a versatile choice.
I went for the black/rainbow pack and whilst I love them both, the bright colours are a winner for me.
While I really like these straps, there are two small factors that stopped me from giving a full 5-star review. First, one of the hooks didn’t catch properly when attaching the strap to my watch, causing it to come loose. Fortunately, the issue was easily fixed by replacing it with one of the extras provided in the packet. It’s great that you get more hooks than needed.
Second, the straps connectors stick out quite far from the watch face, giving a rectangular look on the wrist rather than the more snug, rounded fit that branded straps offer. It’s not a huge issue, though, as they are still very comfortable to wear and offer great value for money.
Overall, I’m happy with the straps and would recommend them for their style, comfort, and affordability.
I have broken a number of the plastic Fitbit straps, so I thought I try something different. These elasticated straps are a lot better. How well they last, remains to be seen. But my initial impression is very good.
The two straps are made of a soft, stretchy, nylon woven braided material and can be adjusted. They come with 2 spare pins, which is very useful.
They fit over the wrist like a bracelet and are comfortable on the skin. They are also breathable which has been a bonus in the latest hot weather. I prefer them to the original strap that came with my Fitbit Inspire 3.
Fitting the strap, is straightforward once you’ve done it the first time and, if unsure, there are YouTube videos to help.
At 8.99 for 2 I think these are very good value. I’ve been wearing one of the straps for a month now and it’s looking a bit grubby underneath, so I hand-washed it and it’s come up like new.
I did catch one of the elastic woven bits on something and it pulled out a thread about 2 inches long. I simply snipped this off and it’s not been weakened by it or spoilt in any way.
These Inspire HR watch straps are easy to fit. They are stretchy nylon and fit over the hand like a bracelet. they are perfect for people like myself with allergies and are fantastic value for money as you receive 2 straps within the packet. resizing to fit your wrist is simple and they feel very comfortable
This product was sent to me for review, as part of Amazon Vine. The below is my own real-world experience of using it.
I was particularly drawn to it, because I have a Fitbit Inspire 2, that I only had a silicone wristband for; I much prefer a ‘braided’-type fabric, as it’s more breathable (for me personally, anyway).
The fabric itself is of good quality – it is durable, and has a neat finish, with no rough or frayed edges. Having worn one of the bands for an extended period, I would say that it is very comfortable next to the skin, whilst the adjustable elastic provides flexibility for any wrist.
I’m only going to mark the set down on one issue – you have to put the ‘pins’ in the ends of the strap yourself, which is fiddly and time-consuming, and, as they’re loose in a bag, there’s a concern about misplacing them. I would say that it took a few minutes for me to be able to actually fit the strap properly.
Regardless, a good value item.
The two watch straps arrived together with 6 fitting pins. That is, one for each of the strap ends and two spares.
These straps are suitable for the full Inspire range and also Ace 2 and Ace 3 watches. The material of the straps seem well made of a soft, slightly elasticated, nylon woven braided material and can be infinitely adjusted for most wrist sizes, from 5.1 to 9.8 inches. The end pieces however are not as robust or attractive as on the originals (see the attached images). They are slightly more difficult to attach as a result but once on they seem to hold securely.
The strap itself however, once on is comfortable on the skin. They are also breathable which will be a bonus in hot weather.
Fitting the strap, is exactly the same process as fitting an original. It is straightforward enough (though see the comment above) and there are lots of YouTube videos to help if you need it.
As stated, there are two straps in the package, and whichever colour you chose the second strap is black (although sparkly black if you so wish with the multi coloured variety). I’m not sure why the supplier made that marketing choice but there were are.
At the current cost 8.99 with a 15% voucher this seems reasonable value, and very much cheaper than OEM replacement straps. It is difficult to make price comparisons with other third party straps however because there are so many materials used for Fitbit compatible straps on the Amazon site. I guess one, as yet unanswerable, question is how long the strap will last. Apart from the end pieces, the weakness could be in the elastication in the weave. I have had similar elasticated material where this didn’t have a good life. For now I will give these straps a 4 star rating, perhaps generous given the quality of the end pieces, but will come back to this review should there be a problem either with these or with the elastication in the reasonably near future.
