Pros:
Good value
Sturdy (to a degree)
Good fit
Easy installation
Keeps the cart contents dry (as we found during rapid weather changes of the UK)
Lightweight
Cons:
Effectively makes a greenhouse on wheels so bare it in mind if transporting cold good / perishables
Material not as thick as perhaps it could be
