Have used it twice for an Hot Oil treatment and Deep Conditioning and so far so good it’s been good. It’s a great addition to my wash day and does the job.
Use it twice a week when have mask on my hair, it really works, heats up quickly and is easy to operate. Feel like my hair absorbs nutrients better with this steamer.
I got this because I have scalp psoriasis while also having VERY sensitive skin so I’m allergic to most products. I heard using diluted essential oils with a steam cap would help so I have just used it for the first time today. I LOVE IT!! It’s so relaxing, feels like a massage almost. I love that it has a long cable so you don’t have to sit right beside the plug socket. It comes with everything you need and the remote gives you plenty of choice in terms of heat and timers. I didn’t expect it to be so warm, as I thought I would barely feel it working but it heats up really well and instantly soothed my sore and itchy scalp. I’ll be using this often now, great value and also came with a 2 year warranty. Woop!
Product arrived quickly it came in a nice neat box enclosed are some instructions, a plastic shower cap, the hood ,a black silk cover bag and it has uk plug
Works extremely well has a digital temperature control s with 3 temperature settings ranging from
15-45 mins . makes a slight noise which tells u it working when temperature get to the it has a safety mechanism and switches down then resumes and heats up again

I have low porosity hair so I bought this as recommended by others with the same porosity type as me to help deep condition my hair on wash day. The highest I went was to heat level 5 for 30 minutes and that was effective for my thick hair. I noticed it was much easier to detangle after washing, I had less end breakage, and my curls were more defined before I applied my usual styling products.
I liked the shower cap included as it keeps the heat cap clean and stops too much moisture from running down my neck during use. I still hang a towel around my neck though.
The only constructive criticism I have is that the drawstring could be more effective, or I might just have a small head!

Super easy to use, very simple functions. 3 options – off/low/high. Turns off from high automatically after a set amount of time which is good, let’s me know I’ve done enough for a deep condition. I really like it. It’s more compact than the one I used to use as a child and not as uncomfortable
