I was burning through regular batteries like no man’s business, addiction to rpg games is no laughing matter.
These batteries work well, charge quick, and seem to last. Fit perfectly, and one set can charge while the others get sacrificed on the altar of BG3 and it’s ilk. Sorted.
This kit is a game-changer for Xbox One users! also got for my series x! I love that it comes with back battery covers, for seires s/x and xbox one making it super convenient for different controllers. The two battery packs and USB-C charging cable are a great bonus. If you’re tired of constantly buying batteries, I highly recommend this kit—it’s a must-have!
The amount of AA batteries we were buying were probably keeping Amazon UK in profit, so it was a relief to order these rechargeable packs.
Unlike some other units that have their own bulky charging stations, these packs simply accept a USB C cable and charge directly from there. They then slot easily into the controllers for my son’s Xbox One and run for maybe ten hours before needing to be recharged.
You can leave them in the controller while you charge them, or swap them out if you only have a single controller and use the other pack.
This set comes with two Xbox controller batteries. It also comes with four battery covers. They are good as you can still use your xbox controllers while the batteries are charging. Unlike charging docks.
I’ve got an Xbox Series X controller and an Xbox One controller. These batteries work well and fit perfectly into both of the controllers and they work well in both. The battery covers fit onto the back of the controllers when the battery is in it.
It doesn’t take long to charge the batteries and they seem to hold their charge quite well. The capacity is of each battery is 3600mWh so you can get a decent amount of gameplay from each one.
They only come with one charging cable. It would be better if they came with two, in case you use them when playing with other people. You can use usb c cables though but you’d have to buy some that are long.
I definitely recommend these to cut down on buying batteries. There are two of them so you can have continuous gameplay if you’re into marathon gaming, or use them if you have other gamers in your household.

The 2 battery packs looked to be well made and came with charging cable/ 4 battery covers and instructions.
After fully charging the batteries up they fitted into my sons xbox 1 controller very well using the right 2 battery covers and it is very nice to have rechargeable batteries in the controllers which also can charged while using them.
They charge in about 4 to 5 hrs which can give you 8 to 12 hrs of use.
They appear to work very well and my son is pleased with the performance of the batteries.

This pair of Xbox rechargeable batteries are handy, as I am still using my old play ‘n charge ones that are now about 9 years old and they aren’t holding charge like they used to. These give me 12 hours play from just 4.5hrs charge just by plugging in controller in to the USB C lead. These have two different backs depending which console you have. When charging these display red and when fully done will display green. They won’t overcharge or short circuit either, as they have protection.
Overall I’d recommend these batteries as a back up, just plug into spare USB on Xbox for whenever you need to charge em. Really handy.

A pair of decent rechargeable battery packs for Xbox One and Xbox Series controllers.
Easy to install although you do have to use the include battery covers instead of the controller originals. 4 are included, 2 for Xbox One and 2 for Series controllers.
Some say they don’t like these covers but I think they look fine. Ok, they don’t fit flush like the original covers but it’s not an issue to me as the covers are on the underside of the controller.
The bonus to using these covers though means you can recharge the batteries in situ. Or remove and charge if you prefer. No dock is required as the charging port is built in the the battery pack itself.
They are charged via a USB-C lead, which is included.
These battery packs are simple to install, work great and save a fortune on standard batteries.
I am always trying to find batteries for my Xbox wireless controller so I ordered this rechargeable battery pack.
Boxed and comes with two batteries, a usb-c charging cable, and some covers for the battery when you insert it in the Xbox.
I charge one of them up by USB c and then put it in to the battery compartment of my wireless controller, this fitted perfectly and as soon as I hit the Xbox button in all turned on so we all know the battery pack is working properly.
I then tried to put the battery cover on and this is where it let it down a little bit as although it does fit over the battery it does not quite match the wireless controller so sticks out a little bit and does not look very pretty. This might be a small thing but I like to like my gaming stuff looking nice and proper and this does make it look a little bit cheap.
Overall though this does work and you get two battery packs so it is well worth the money but I just don’t like the finish when you put the battery pack cover on.
