This is a handy bit of kit to carry round the course with you, it attaches to your bag with a clip and should contain enough water/cleaning fluid for the golfer whose balls spend a lot of time in the rough! It works well to clean the ball with the water and brush. It is self explanatory to use – I can’t say it’s improved my game but I’ll keep trying!
I ordered this as I thought it would be useful for cleaning soles of shoes, alloy wheels etc.
It arrived in a very basic plastic bag with no intructions although it’s obvious how to use it! It is a very basic bit of kit which is basically a small cylindrical bottle which can be filled with water and a small stiff brush on the top which when the neck is pushed downwards pumps the water thru a small jet in the middle of the brush.
However with having no guidance provided, it is unclear if any cleaning product can be added to the container. Being made of quite thin plastic, I would expect anything other than just plain water, washing up liquid or similar would be a good idea e.g. solvent based fluids probably wouldn’t be advised.
There is an opaque plastic cover which attaches to the neck and covers the bristles to protect them and stop debris getting into the jet aperture in the brush.
A sprung loaded plastic belt loop clip is also attached via key ring loop for hanging on a golf club bag etc. so it is on hand for it’s intended purpose.
I think 9.99 for this is overpriced considering it’s construction and what it does – which is just a glorified spray bottle with a brush effectively – so I’m giving it 4 ****.
I think it is over priced for wha
