I was not sure what was going to arrive when I ordered this backpack, but it was a pleasant surprise. With a hard outer shell combined with plenty of flexible space makes this a really useful bag.
The addition of a separate laptop compartment makes this a great bag for travel.
It is very comfortable to wear, and gave good protection for my gear whilst travelling around on various means of public transport.

It is pricey I must admit however I will focus on the quality of the bag, it does have a nice rigid refined feeling and look to it, the boarders inside are strong and can withstand without bending, this was suitable to put my camera and multiple gadgets in the compartments to protect whilst travelling. I also like that you can adjust the compartments to the size of the gadget and you can switch the fabric around.

I find camera bags are either quite large or in the range of just taking a camera and thats all. This size of bag is the type you can take enough you need to shoot and carry comfortably for a whole day, so I was excited to finally get one.

    – This bag has a semi-hard outer and feels very durable.
    – It has a tripod strap on one side. I would prefer it on the bottom to not lose the side pocket, but it is what it is.
    – There is also a privacy pocket on the back too.
    – The back is well padded, as are the straps. The chest strap is not padded.
    – The inner is ok. Well padded but pretty much open to do whatever configuration you want.

    ** Conclusions **
Overall very happy with the bag and is my new go-to day bag due almost entirely to its size and durability. Some more pockets and flexibility would be good but its generally a decent bag and with the vouchers and discounts often available the value is incredible – you really cant go wrong!

    5.0 out of 5 stars A good day-bag

The anti-theft pocket provides peace of mind for storing valuables. It’s durable and water-resistant, protecting my equipment in various weather conditions. The padded shoulder straps and back panel offer great comfort, even during long outings.

    PROS
-versatile interior: easy to move dividers around
    -comfortable straps, well padded
-has a chest-buckle, essential in a pack that can carry this much weight
-foam mesh on back to help keep the back cool (not as good as pack with a suspended mesh, but not bad)
    -decent capacity
-well finished: very few stray threads (and only on the dividers)
-“hardshell” a nice, extra, bit of safety, but it does flex a bit
-laptop sleeve against the back, more protection
    -includes a rain cover
    -pretty good value

    CONS
-front opening: this means you have to lay it on its straps to open it. If the ground is at all dirty, you’ll then be putting that dirty back of the backpack on your back
-side pockets could be bigger: a tight fit for the legs of a medium-sized tripod (or a full size water bottle)

    NOTES
-I am quite tall, so this pack is a bit short for me (it ends mid-lower back, and presses in there a little bit), but it’ll be great for medium-height and shorter people

    MY STAR RATINGS:
    1* substandard, mostly cons
2** barely acceptable, cons outweigh the pros
3*** meets the basic requirements, cons balance the pros
4**** good product, pros outweigh the cons
5***** exceptional, all (or almost all) pros

This is a fantastic rucksack, or should I say case! it is well made. Extremely durable. I was happy to see it comes in a box making sure you get it in perfect condition. I have a range of bags for my cameras and this is what I would put into the budget range. at the time of writing, it’s only 79.99. I would put this bag in the hundred pounds range, so it’s a bargain.

It comes with the usual Velcro dividers (I’ve never liked them) I added a Cannon to the bag with a few attachments and an extra lens and It all fits in well.

USEFUL TIP (As seen) When you buy an item, keep the foam from the box to cane in as sometimes it will fit into a case or rucksack making it a custom fit.

I will be taking this bag out into the reel world next week and I’ll see how it weathers in our usual rainy British summers…

    for under 100! definitely a big 5*****

This is a fantastic hard shell backpack from a brand that we’ve all heard of when we’re in the photography space.

My previous backpack was an Amazon Basics. Anne had the dividers internally, but it was a soft shell backpack and I was always concerned when putting it into overhead compartments or throwing it in the car that something may end up damaged. This basically has a turtle shell on the outside which is hard plastic, which means I don’t have that worry anywhere near as much as I did.

It has all the internal dividers so you can move them around and shape it to your needs so you can add lenses and bodies internally. You also then have an external clip that will hold your tripod too. As with all K&F concept bags, this is high quality, feels good, and you’re certainly getting your money’s worth. For me I have realised. it’s worth paying the extra money to ensure that your equipment is going to stay safe.

It’s the great all-in-one solution for photographers on the go. Whether I’m hauling my DSLR, lenses, and drone, or packing for a weekend shoot, this backpack keeps everything organised and protected. The padded dividers in the main section are adjustable, so I can customise the space for all my camera gear. And, there’s a separate, laptop compartment that fits my 15-inch laptop ideally. The backpack itself is super comfortable to wear. The padded shoulder straps and back panel make a big difference, especially during long treks. Thanks to the side access panel I can grab my camera without having to take the whole backpack off.

The backpack is very well padded with a semi-rigid shall cover on the rear facing side. The side pockets have retaining straps to allow them to be used with tripods etc and also serve to hold a water bottle equally well. Internally you can create a layout using the included dividers that suit your needs. I rally like this feature and means that back can be set up to suite camera gear or if you prefer an alternate use. A rain cover is also provided which again I really like as these can be an expensive add-on. A security pocket is present between the back straps. The padding on the straps and on the back surface of the backpack is pretty thick and the backpack felt comfortable on my back. A double zip keeps it closed and the zipper pulls back to allow the back to be fully opened.

Overall I think this a a really good versatile backpack that is reasonable compact once it’s fully packed with gear. Build quality is very good and padding is provided on all sides of the main compartment.
