Q&A

Q: When I use other masks, the nose pads sometimes make the back of my nose uncomfortable. Is this the case with yours?

A: Our nose pads are a universal shape that fits most people. But everyone’s nose is different. If this happens, our nose pads can be removed and trimmed. Feel free to adjust it to your preferred size.

Q: What’s special about your V3 Facial interface?

A: Our bracket has a patented ventilation design. The PU leather pad is made of non-porous material to avoid smashing or abraiding your skin.

Q: Can I play fitness VR with the V3 facial interface?

A: Yes, because our face pad doesn’t absorb sweat, so it can avoid sticky feelings on the face and enhance the comfort of the face.

Q: s there anything I should pay attention to when installing?

A: Please install the four clips on the bracket firmly into Quest 3, then you can freely shake your head while playing the game without worrying about the installation instability.

Q: I often use the VR headset and accessories with my family. How do I clean my V3 face pad?

A: You can use a wet wipe or a cleaning cloth to wipe it.

Having tried various facial interfaces for my VR headset, this one stands out for its comfort. The PU leather is soft against the skin and the vents do a decent job of keeping things cool, even during intense sessions. I’ve noticed less pressure on my face compared to the original interface, making longer play sessions more enjoyable. The interface fits snugly and securely on the headset, and I appreciate the easy cleaning.

This facial interface has made a noticeable difference to my VR experience. It’s much more comfortable than the original one that came with my Quest 3. The PU leather is soft and doesn’t irritate my skin. It fits well and blocks out light effectively. It’s also easy to clean and seems to be quite durable. A worthwhile upgrade.

The V3 Facial Interface for the Quest 3 is a fantastic upgrade for my VR experience! The comfort level is significantly better than the original face pad that came with the Quest 3. The PU leather face pad is soft and cushioned, making long gaming sessions much more comfortable. It also provides a better fit on my face, reducing the amount of light that seeps in from the sides, which helps with immersion.

Installation was very straightforward, and the interface fits snugly onto the headset without any issues. The PU leather is easy to clean, which is a huge plus since VR headsets can get sweaty during intense sessions. I simply wipe it down with a damp cloth, and it’s good as new. I also noticed that it doesn’t irritate my skin, which is a problem I had with the original foam interface.

Another great feature is how much it improves ventilation. I’ve experienced significantly less fogging on the lenses since switching to this interface, and the airflow seems to help regulate temperature better during use. The extra padding makes the headset feel more balanced on my head, which reduces pressure and strain, especially around the nose and forehead.

Overall, the KIWI Design V3 Facial Interface is a must-have for any Quest 3 owner. It elevates the comfort and usability of the headset, making it more enjoyable to use for extended periods. If you’re looking for a high-quality and affordable upgrade, this is definitely worth the investment!

I’ve recently purchased a Quest 3, so I’ve been keen to try the accessories that are available for it. I also read reviews when I was looking to buy the Quest that suggested upgrading some of the accessories for a more comfortable user experience.

My first impression as soon as I put this on was that it was significantly more comfortable than the one that came with the headset. The padding gives you an extra level of comfort, which is ideal if you like to play the VR for long periods. It also covers my face better, so it blocks out more light than the one that came with the headset, which gives me a more immersive gaming experience.

I do like to play high intensity games, such as Beat Saber and Pistol Whip, so I can work up quite a sweat. This face pad doesn’t make me any more or less sweaty, but it does wipe clean really well.

Overall, this is a great addition to my headset and I’m really happy with it. It’s a bit on the pricey side, so I’d probably only purchase it if you’re planning on using your Quest a lot, or you want to make your user experience as comfortable as it can be regardless as to how often you use it.

While this is good and i certainly found it better than the OEM interface pad, it’s still not something i’d recommend.

It’s ok on a comfy level, is well made and is quick to swap over. I also like you get a spare pad and for a future replacement. So while there is nothing wrong with this, it’s very middling. In this price bracket the market is very competitive and there are better options out there. Others are better padded, bigger and more supportive, especially over long sessions.

This is good, it’s just that’s all it is.

Installing this interface didn’t take long and it works just fine. Compared to the original one, I think they’re both comfortable.
The biggest advantage of this one is that it’s super easy to clean. I think that’s really important when a quest 3 is shared between multiple people who play games which make you sweat a lot.
I would recommend it to anyone!

My son is using this on his headset and I’m using the AMVR one on mine. Don’t get me wrong, this is so much better than the stock interface but personally I prefer the AMVR interface.

The KIWI design facial interface provides a good level of padding around the face and fits me quite well. There’s more pressure on my forehead and nose than the sides, but not enough to be an issue and it probably varies depending on face shape anyway. It does a good job of blocking outside light although there’s a small of light getting in around the nose piece but it’s not distracting enough to be an issue (the AMVR one also has the same issue).

It seem to put slightly more pressure on the sides of my nose than the AMVR interface once I position it correctly to line my eyes up with the lenses. It feels like I’m pulling it down slightly further than it really wants to sit, but I have to in order to avoid an out of focus image. The AMVR interface doesn’t share this issue and so is more comfortable. The AMVR also has a wider area of padding across the forehead, making it a bit more comfortable (although possibly slightly hotter?) for longer playing sessions.

Overall though I have to admit that I’m nitpicking because I’m in a position to choose my favourite from two really good products. The KIWI design facial interface really is a huge upgrade over the stock one and my son is very happy with it. It’s just that for whatever reason the AMVR fits the shape of my face a little bit better, making it more comfortable for me personally. Your mileage may vary!

I tested this with a third party headstrap and not the standard meta one which may have some bearing on my experience.

The interface itself is much more comfortable than the standard one, and being finished in “pu leather” it is easy to wipe clean, although obviously not absorbing sweat means your head and the interface can get quite sweaty.

The Quest 3 is quite front heavy to start with, and this interface is quite large so doesn’t help with that – I’d suggest it is best used with a battery strap to counterbalance the weight. The nose flaps are good and all light was cut out well, with next to no light leakage from anywhere.

There is also a spare pu pad included in the box which I don’t see mentioned in the listing, so full marks for that.

Overall, its not cheap, but I do recommend it.
