The set up was really easy and quick was watching Netflix within 2 minutes of unboxing, literally plug and go. Play store has already been pre-loaded together with other popular apps but with Playstore you can add whatever app you wish.
The box comes with a type C to type C connection and a USB to type C connection. Please bare in mind that the leads are very short if your connection ports are not in a place where the box can sit/rest on.
The AI box itself is a small size that can be hidden away when not in use or even when in use.
Very happy with this item, so much so I have ordered other one as a gift.
Fast charging (tested on my Samsung Galaxy S9+) – other people said it is not fast charging but I believe they were using a bad cable. Voltmeter is very accurate, I have compared it with my calibrated Fluke 179 and it’s within +/-0.1VDC. Very sturdy and well constructed out of aluminum, nice colour. The plugs are solid and my cable fit snugly. Very good impression overall.
It does exactly what ist says on the tin. Beautifully charges with QC all your devices, two ports is probably more than ordinary user will ever need, shows you current battery voltage. What else could I ask for. Brilliant product.
I bought this to install in my car as I don’t ever use the cigar lighter that was there before – only a usb adaptor. Made sense to move on with the times and do a little update!
It was super easy to install – there was very little room in the cigar lighter socket area, so I had to file off the plastic tabs on the back of this. If you have lots of room at your point, then you won’t need to make any adaptions! It was simply a case of securing it in and connecting the wires!
The volt meter does appear to be quite accurate and the USB sockets charge up 2 devices very quickly. The unit does become quite warm when charging 2 devices, but it does cool quite quickly. Would recommend this unit for its ease of installation and features.
