The instructions say that you cave to boil it first and then put on the child’s teeth while it is cooling down.
Sounds a bit dangerous but most of the shields work that way.
However, it is just one plain plastic layer, so it will work but not for heavy duty sport.
Ok for the price, if you need to show it in school as par tof the child’s equipment as these can easily go up to 30 (but the expensive ones do give better protection).
