Got this for our new grandchild. First impressions were good, bright colours, easy to assemble, lots of nice accessories. The only downside (hence 4 stars) is the thickness of the mat, others have mentioned this too. Fine for us as we have a thick carpet but if you were using this on a hard floor can’t help but think it would be too comfy for the little one.
My little one absolutely loves it! The mat comes with five detachable toys that are perfect for keeping babies engaged. My baby is particularly fond of the hanging dinosaur and the self-discovery mirror. It’s adorable to watch the fascination on her face.
One of the standout features is the removable piano. The different modes—like music, animal sounds, and laughter—are not only entertaining but also help with sensory development. My baby loves kicking at the piano keys, and the lights make it even more fun.
The mat itself is soft and comfortable, so I don’t worry about them staying on it for a while.
It’s also been a hit during playdates! Other parents commented on how engaging it is for babies, and I can’t argue with that. This play mat makes a lovely gift for new parents and is sure to bring joy to any baby’s day.
A fantastic play mat which is not only made of high quality materials but very colorful assembly takes a few seconds and in use baby loves this and these mesmerized by its various functions all of which are within easy reach of baby and are very easy to use the sound coolers and lights oh definitely intuitive for the baby I would recommend it very highly especially at the asking price
This is a very lightweight mat and feels like something that would be handy if you need something portable or if you’re very short on space (the biggest thing you’d need to consider is the arch which is a straight object with a strong recoil so you’d have to pack it carefully). The rectangular shape of the mat means you could place it inside of a cot if you wanted to. It’s easy to put together, the dino design is cute and colourful and the baby piano is well designed.
I can’t help thinking that for the price, this baby gym feels like a budget quality product that could be improved in a few areas (the mat and hanging toys could do with a bit more padding for example) but I think it could be well suited as a secondary or for-travel option.
This is very simple to set up… which is convenient because there are no instructions. Just follow the pic on the box. It’s got nice sounds with colourful buttons that are easy for baby to press. Just add 3 AA batteries to get that working. The only downside is that the mat isn’t brilliantly padded so this will work best on a carpet rather than a hard floor and, for 31 at time of review, it wasn’t great value for money.
