pros-
it is very durable, lightweight , use it last weekend when I went for hiking.I was able to store enough stuff for climbing mountain, didn’t feel exhausted .
The bag has enough pockets and good quality zips
The advertising photo’s almost make this look like it’s made of canvas, but it’s not, it’s a waterproof nylon.
As a 30L sized backpack it’s ideal for day hikes, commuting and university or school use.
There is no waist belt – just a sternum strap (with integrated emergency whistle – just as handy in the countryside as it would be in an emergency in urban areas) and the shoulder straps are only adjustable at the bottom.
Plenty of storage in the main compartment – space for a laptop as well, or you could use that compartment for wet clothes.
It’s a decent budget 30L backpack.
I needed a second lightweight smaller pack for my wife for an upcoming Car Camping trip, we both have full sized hiking Rucksacks and I have a 45 litre day pack and just about get all we need for our longer day walks when we’re out and about, but wanted to split this down to 2 x packs as my wife wants to share some of the burden. This pack will only take about a 3rd of what I get in my 45 litre pack because of the numerous pockets.
I can recommend this backpack though but more for a office workbag, schoolbag, daytrips, hand-luggage for flights. For all of these types of use this bag and all of its pockets is perfect.
Seems to be well made and should hold up well if not overloaded, but it’s not a “Hiking” backpack nor is it a “Ruck”sack (as Rucking actually means carrying heavy weights on one’s back) and that’s not what this type of pack is designed for.
This 30L backpack achieves a decent combination of capacity and lightness being most suitable for use for a day’s work or a trip. It promises to fit under an airline seat which may well be true, but it wouldn’t offer the space for an extended holiday. No matter-there is a lot of practicality on offer here-you get two main pockets-the large one is long enough for my 17 inch Asus laptop whilst the smaller one will do for papers, notebooks etc. The side pockets are designed for bottle and there are loops for attaching items via a clip. The main compartments are double zipped and the finish is good. My pack is a rather dark green-not the most colourful but serviceable against dirt. The Price/Quality ratio is pretty good so if you are in the market for a day backpack this should be on the shortlist.
Having used this backpack, I find it quite practical. It has ample space with clever compartments to keep things organised. The padded straps and breathable design make it comfortable even when fully loaded. The sturdy material and zippers ensure durability, suitable for both travel and daily use. It’s handy for carrying laptops securely and fits well under aircraft seats. Overall, a reliable choice for various activities without being overly flashy.
