Why Does the Headset’s Mic Not Connect or Work?
Right-click the Speakers icon at the bottom right, then click [Open Sound settings]. Select and make sure that Spark 03 as your input device(Microphone).
Unable to connect to the transmitter(1)
1. Plug the transmitter into the device, and the headset will autonnatically connect to the transmitter. The indicator lights of the transmitter and headset are always blue to indicate a successful connection.
Unable to connect to the transmitter(2)
2. Hold the button on the side of the transmitter for 3 secondds to re-pair the device. The light of the transmitter will flash red and blue. No need to unplug itjust wait for 4-5 seconds, and the headset will connect with the transmitter ogain.
Why Hear some crackling or hissing sound？
Excessive static electricity may cause the headset to make abpnormal noise, please eliminate the static electricity. Too close to other sources of interference, such as TVs, refrigerators, power tools, etc., please stay away from them when using it.
