This is an Outdoor Solar Light from Urban Haven which has not disappointed, this comes in a nice sturdy and well designed box which protects the product well and gives this an expensive feel to it. On opening this you get the cat ornament, the lantern and shepherd’s hook which needs minimal assembly, just attach the lantern to the hook, push the hook pole into the cat’s paw and make sure the lantern is switched ON then you can place it and wait for the nice warm glow of light when it starts to get dark. This seems to charge well and lasts well into the night from what I have seen.
I had no issues with the quality of the product, it has nice texture to it showing the fur well and simple detailed face, I do think this would be nice with some colour on it however still a nice product as a one colour ornament, I used this on the doorstep where there is a street light outside so I always struggle with solar lights as the light is too bright for them to light up at night however this one fit nicely in the corner so the streetlight doesn’t affect it but it still gets enough light to charge which I haven’t had before so this gets a big thumbs up from me.
This is super cute & I was looking forward to adding it to my ever-growing collection of solar lights but unfortunately the hook the cat holds to carry the lantern was missing, so I couldn’t use it as a result I originally gave it a one out of five.
I was in touch with the company & they offered to send the missing part which arrived within 24 hours, good to know that if there is an issue they are on top of it. Excellent customer service.
Now it is assembled it has taken pride of place of my garden table. The super cute cat is made from resin and is light in weight. The light given off is a lovely warm white colour.
Overall, I really like this garden light ornament and am glad that the company were so good at rectifying the issue I had.
