I bought this USB-C right-angle connector to angle my Apple original MagSafe charger in the car’s cigarette lighter socket so I can close the lid where the socket is located in my car. Works with no problem and charger chargers my phone with no issues. Build quality seems good price is fare, recommended.
Very handy, compact adapter – especially for printers etc. Although many devices have moved over to USB “C”, many legacy equipment such as printers still have large USB “B” connectors. Rather than carry a whole bunch of different cables, I have slimmed down my carry around pouch to a couple of good quality USB C cables and a variety of USB “C” to USB “A” and USB “B” adapters. These are well made, make a solid connection and seem reliable and robust from my testing so far.
I needed a right angled usb connector/adapter for my camera and monitor as otherwise the cable would pull and get caught in a mess.
I thought I’d try these and hoped they’d be good quality and to be honest they look and feel indestructible so could’t be happier
No issues with data transfer speed either – these are superfast adapters so won’t slow anything down

Pack containing two different adapters for right-angled connection of USB-C plugs. Have recently fitted a new dashcam to the car and the power cable has a straight plug which is a bit irritating being in view. One of these adapters has solved the problem nicely.
Also tested charging phone and it works well. For those odd occasions you need to adjust the cable angle this seems a good pack to get. Adapters seem well built and look neat.
i bought this as i have very poor signal in my workshop where my printer is so could always print via wifi. I can now plug my phone directly into my HP printer and print straight from my phone, makes life alot easier. If you have a HP printer you will need to download the HP print app and then print straight from a phone or table
I friend had to get dashcam for his car. Unfortunately it came with an adapter with a cigarette lighter. With the cigarette lighter having a usb plugin, it can’t power the camera as well as charge his phone. You can use any newer versions or android charging cables and use this adapter the connect to the dashcam. As I don’t have anything with a mini usb, I can’t test it. But when I do get a device that needs an adapter like this, I’ll have one.

They’re built nice, they plug into and hold well in the USB-B ports of my device and the USB-C port on the back holds a USB-C connector with a solid connection that takes a bit of force to disconnect. The USB-B part of the adapter will be pulled out from the device before the USB-C cable does from the adapter, which may or may not be an issue to you.
All of that is to say these adapters work really well for any scenario that would benefit from a USB-C to USB-B adapter. I like using adapters like this whenever possible, allowing me to adapt pre-existing cables that aren’t doing anything else. Most of the other USB-B to USB-C products I can find are specifically full length cables.
These are priced well and are cheaper than similar devices, there are some slightly cheaper USB-A to USB-B connectors, but those would require USB-A to USB-A cables which aren’t as readily available in most homes. Well worth the cost at 6.99 for two in my opinion, no issues recommending these.
I have found this to be a useful set of connectors.
I discovered an old external hard drive that needed this type of connector, but unfortunately I only had 1 cable of this type. Rather than keep unplugging this cable from my printer, I can now use on of my many spare USB C type cables to access the old drive. It works very well, with a good, firm connection.
A simple idea and very well executed. Data speeds are fine, certainly no different that I can see from a bespoke cable.

Want another cable? No thanks. USB C is fine and using this adapter means I can use one USB C to USB C cable for lots of things. Charge my phone, charge my buds, connect to my printer, charge my watch. One cable. Less electrical waste. Smaller environment impact. My Epson 4500 refuses to update firmware over WiFi. So this adapter enable me to connect directly.
