Fancied a pair of wireless headphones to use with my games for a while as I was getting sick of constantly tugging on the wire accidentally, but I was always skeptical of them. These have been a pleasant surprise in some aspects but I feel they could be better in others.

Firstly, the sound quality is actually pretty decent on mine. I wasn’t expecting much but these do have a surprisingly good level of audio to them. Good quality bass and no tinny sounds or distortion when dealing with complex sounds. I’m honestly impressed since I expected something a bit more basic for this price. The battery life is also fairly decent for a pair of wireless headphones and is enough to last an average gaming session for me (2-4 hrs).

However, I feel like these headphones start to fall down when it comes to the design. They’re too clunky feeling. I don’t like the exposed wire or the hinge design on them, I’d much prefer it if it was all enclosed like on a regular pair of headphones. Plus I really do not like the weight of them. I think they’re a bit too heavy or unbalanced since I felt like I was often feeling them slide off or shift around whenever I leaned forward or backward.

Overall though I think these are pretty decent for what they are. The design needs some serious work I think but I suppose that’s more of a personal preference at the end of the day. I think I’d still recommend them based on the sound quality.

These budget headphones are superb considering the price-point. They look great, with more of a gaming look/feel to them. The green highlights give a nod to the x box, although I primarily use these for PC.

The headphones are comfortable to wear for several hours at a time, with well padded ear cuffs, and a lightly padded head strap. They are adjustable and suitable for teens/adults.

Connectivity (via bluetooth) is instant and well maintained, even with a wall between the headset and the PC.

The sound quality is ideal for gaming – especially when talking to other gamers etc. The bass isn’t brilliant when listening to music, but is more than acceptable in my opinion, and certainly considering the price. I’ve paid 80 before for headphones that don’t sound as good as these.

Overall, very pleased with these and would recommend.

The Wireless Gaming Headset provides a wide range of movement, up to 49 feet without obstruction or loss of connection with the supplied Bluetooth dongle. The built-in microphone is really good and voices come out clear with background noise eliminated. It comes with a long lasting built-in 1200mAh battery which can be quickly charged for 3 hours for about 50 hours of use. The sound quality is really good with decent bass, even a high volume. Overall, a great gaming headset with great features.

Got this for the boy for gaming. It’s small and neat and good quality. I also tried it on a PC and the sound and connectivity is excellent. Very pleased with it.

Came in a decent enough box with the charging cable, a dongle (for full wireless) and clear instructions.

Absolutely delighted to report that these paired with my Windows PC Bluetooth 5.3 adaptor immediately, one button to turn the unit on, one to move into bluetooth mode (or toggle wireless mode with the dongle) and other buttons for volume, call accept etc. ( a feature I don’t personally use). I didn’t notice any latency with this connection method.

The sound quality was rich, decently balanced and the stereo was well separated. I like the one press mute for the mic too.

The pads are very comfortable as are the headphones in their entirety, the button locations will soon become instinctive.

I also like that they are considerately lit, just a subtle band around the mic stem and the usual indicator lights. No looking like a one person seaside illuminations here. The run time after a full charge actually exceeded my expectations which was nice, and recharging time was not excessive.

All-in-all a good sound quality, well made, comfortable with very easy connectivity to Windows with bluetooth adaptor. I didn’t try the dongle, I have no need.

5.0 out of 5 stars Comfortable, easy pairing Windows PC.

It’s a budget headset and as such has budget features. The headstrap is a bit uncomfortable being very thin and un padded although it does have some adjustment on each cup rather than the band like usual. Sound is ok for what it is and it’s very light it feels nice but up close you can see it’s built to a budget and feels a little fragile but then it’s a budget item so if your looking for a casual pc gaming headset this might be ideal for you but if your a seasoned multi device gamer I would look elsewhere

Initially I was attracted to the design of these headphones, I like the black with the touches of green. Not quite lime green but still acidy. The colour combination along with the stylised lettering gives this headset a quality look. And even before they’re put on they will appeal to gamers everywhere.

The sound quality is good, not brilliant but as good as you would expect from the cheap end of the gaming headsets market. Likewise the noise cancelling feature is also good-but not brilliant.

I assumed that the head strap would be adjustable, but it’s not. I checked through the listing and it doesn’t mention it. There is a certain amount of give in the head strap that allows it to be bent to aquire a better fit. Although the strap fits me I would think there could well be issues with young gamers as it’s unlikely that they’ll achieve a good fit.

Regardless of the above this Vakedy headset is very good value for 29.99. In this price bracket the good points have to be weighed against the not so good-and the good easily outweighs the not so good.

These are a really great set of headphones for the price, the design is very much like pilots headphones, the sound quality is great, the bass is nice and deep they are really easy to use.

for a budget set of gaming headphones these are really good, the build quality is quite good, the metal arms are a little thin for my liking so this they could bend there if dropped.

I tried them on my Mac so these weren’t as easy to get working on that than the pc, they are plug and play with the PC but I had to go into the sound settings on the Mac and change things.

    Good value, and would recommend

Having used these headphones for half a day now, I can confidently say they provide excellent value for money. I am blown away by how good they are. I am not a sound expert or headphones expert, but I do own a few pairs of headphones, both cheap and expensive, and these headphones score very high for sound quality, bass, and overall comfort.

I love the deep bass and clarity of the sound. Whether you listen to music or use them for gaming, they will provide an amazing experience. Comfort is also top-notch. The ear pads are huge, comfortably encompassing the whole ear. I have worn them for a few hours with no issues whatsoever—no feeling of pressure or overheating.

There are two areas for improvement. While the headband can be adjusted, it would be nice if it were a tiny bit shorter at the minimum length. The headphones are perfect for me, but even at the shortest length, they seem a bit too large for my 10-year-old son. So, if you plan on getting them for a small child, they might not be the right size. The second area of improvement is the placement of the buttons. Maybe it’s just me, but when taking them off a few times, I accidentally pressed the “Bluetooth” button.
Connection vis Bluetooth or the wireless dongle should cater for most devices. I have been using it via Bluetooth connected to my laptop. I need to say here that the Bluetooth connection works flawlessly, I was making a tea two rooms away from my laptop and separated with by two walls and the headphones still worked perfectly.

Overall, this product is superb and deserves a 5-star rating. I would wholeheartedly recommend it.

Disclaimer: I have no incentive to rate products highly. I will only ever assign a product 4 or 5 stars if I genuinely believe it meets my standards of quality and is something I would personally purchase. I prioritize assessing products based on their quality, functionality, and alignment with the description provided on the Amazon product listing, I do my best to disregard the product’s price although it is not always possible when I feel the need to judge the value for money.

5.0 out of 5 stars Smashing headphones, top quality sound and comfort.

This headset has a very nice solid build, and visually looks great; it has a nice all-black design, with accented braided cables.

The finish is very nice: a soft matte black shell, with puffy textured cups on each earphone. The top of the headphones is padded faux leather. Feels great to wear, and the inside of the cups are spacey enough to completely fit my big ears, rather than pushing them down against the side of my head (which is why I tend to avoid most headphones unless they are in-ear).

When wearing, it is pretty quiet and stops a lot of noise from getting in.

The microphone is in a fixed position, though it has a bendy “cable” that stays in place wherever you position it. The mic can be muted with the press of a button.

You can connect either through Bluetooth (appears as HW20), or with the included USB 2.4Ghz adapter which is instant plug and play on my PC (Windows 11). If you are connected to both, you can switch between connections by pressing the top most button on the side of the headset and it switches over within 5 or so seconds.

Charges via USB Type-C with an impressive battery life. I have yet to charge these out of the box, and the life has hardly dropped after 4hrs of usage.

Now for actual usage, I tested with Minecraft whilst playing with my older son who uses a SteelSeries headphone and my younger son who is not using any headphones/mic.

Sounds are very clear, with some decent bass from music soundtracks. Maximum volume isn’t really that loud, but it’s good enough if you’re not in a noisy environment. Very good quality.

There is some noticeable latency when using these via Bluetooth (on my PC anyway), around 300-500ms at a rough guess, but when using the included USB adapter, it is so much better with latency roughly below 50ms.

Microphone quality is very clear according to my son, and he could barely hear my other younger son who was basically screaming at the TV during our three player survival session.

I’d certainly recommend this to those with a low budget.

5.0 out of 5 stars Lightweight, comfortable, and decent sound for a budget headse

Microphone is not too bad. Not too loud or quiet.

Has microphone mute button under the left ear.

    Quite comfortable, and look good.

Barely any lag when using with the dongle.

Sound is a little too bassy, making it a little bit muddy. Not a huge problem, but much improved with a little EQ work.
