Das VENTION USB C auf HDMI Kabel ist hochwertig verarbeitet (Kabel ist mit Stoff ummantelt) und tut genau das was es soll. bertrgt das Bild von einem iPad ohne Probleme auf einen TV. Bin sehr zufrieden und wrde es immer wieder kaufen.
I have this cable permanently connected to a meeting room conference display that doesn’t offer USB-C input, making it far more useful for connecting devices that has a USB-C DP alt-mode capable port. This is especially useful as more and more laptop drop the once ubiquitous HDMI port to shave a few mm off their thickness. This can reach 4K@60Hz without issue with laptops from different manufacturers.
Physically, the cable braiding is decent and hasn’t shown much signs of fraying after a month of daily office use (a couple plug/unplug cycle daily). The strain-relief is unfortunately made of hard plastic and is functionally pointless.
Overall, this is useful addition to any communal use display that doesn’t offer direct USB-C input for 10 (at time of review, 29th Aug). Far cheaper than getting a new display that’s for sure.
As a regular international traveller I find myself in hotels with TVs available but limited viewing options. Many times there are HDMI interfaces available and this cable allows me to connect my laptop directly to the majority of TVs for streaming. The connectors are sturdy and fit snugly. At 1m in length it takes very little space in my laptop bag. If you need a shortish HDMI cable, I can recommend this one.
The Vention USB C to HDMI Cable (1m) is a really well-made braided cable. The connectors plug well. They fit firmly to the respective ports. I’ve already been using this cable for around three weeks by now and I’m really impressed by its performance. I haven’t found any issue at all. I’m using it to connect a laptop to a monitor. The cable looks solid and durable. I can recommend it.
With a lack of HDMI ports on lots of newer devices, it’s very handy to have one of these in your laptop bag, so you can cut down on the faff of dongles. Happy to report that this cable worked perfectly well, the braiding seems of a high quality and makes it tangle free.
Both ends ‘click’ into place with a secure connection and will give you as good a picture as any other HDMI cable.
Picked for review to see how it worked with my iPhone and TV. Happy to report it was fine and allowed me to use my phone while away on holiday to connect to the TVs in hotel rooms and apartments and keep my credentials off their smart TVs.
Can’t comment on the higher refresh rates support as I lack the kit to formally test this but seems fine in use and robustly built.
Solid braided cable with well fitted plugs. Does what it’s supposed to – hooks you USB C to a and HDMI!
Also it doesn’t tangle – that’s massively important to me.
I needed a short cable to connect a work laptop to my desk top monitor, this is a great cable which is nicely finished with good size connectors, the only thin I will say with this is that the HDMI connector is quite long, my monitor has the socket on the back which means that this pushed the monitor away from the wall quite a bit.
Overall though I would say that this is great value and the picture quality has been excellent.
For a portable streamline setup, I was able my Samsung S24 to a TV (non smart tv) via USB C to HDMI cable.
Whilst pair this setup with a folding bluetooth keyboard and track system.
I have a basic computer ready to go.
This cable can come in a few different lengths, but since I had the bluetooth keyboard I was able to use a 1 metre version.
There was no interrupts in the visual, the cable is nicely braided so there is no chance of the cable fraying like those plastic / rubber ones.
The cable ends feel like they are strongly moulded on with good connections.
Having a simple USB C to hdmi doesn’t allow you to add wired gadgets (wired mouse and keyboard).
But this cable and my folding keyboard – they take up close to no space in my backpack.
So far, so good. I only started using this cable a few days ago after my old one died. It seems well-built with no problems with connectivity. If it underperforms prematurely, I will update my review accordingly.
