A very roomy black backpack with pouches and compartments, including zipped ones for your valuables, galore. It’s well constructed, with noticeably superior padding. The adjustable padded straps and padding where it rests on the small of the back and shoulders, making it very comfortable to wear. There is plenty of room for devices, gym kit, lunch, etc. It includes the now ubiquitous USB port. Overall, it’s a great backpack at a great price.
The Travel Laptop Backpack provides security by including a cushioned section for 15.6-inch computers. Front pocket divisions and several compartments provide enough of storage. Having USB A and Type-C charging connectors, it makes phone charging on-demand easy. Made from robust, waterproof materials with premium zippers, the backpack is meant for comfort with breathable sponge mesh fabric and movable straps. Perfect for business, education, travel, and outdoor activities, it has a hidden anti-theft pocket and a baggage strap, thereby making it a great present for everyone.
We like this rucksack because it is such a practical size for all the school stuff and laptop. It has comfortable straps, even when heavy, and the material seems durable and strong. It has so many pockets that we have managed to fill, including side pockets for our water bottle, etc … The USB connector is also very useful and we have a power bank using the lead and charging various devices. We are very happy with this great rucksack.
The VSNOON Travel Laptop Backpack came folded and packed in a brown cardboard box which is ideal for gifting as well. We ordered the Black colour from the 4 options available. Its made from waterproof wear resistant polyester fabric. The zippers work smoothly as well. You get multiple pockets all around the backpack. Supports upto 15.6″ laptop with added pearl cotton cushioning. Provides USB A & C connections for charging phones using the power bank attached on the inside. Also has a anti theft pocket on the backside. Has a decent large capacity overall and ideal for cheap airlines travel allowance.
Quite decent construction, strong zips and quite a large interior space for laptop or tablets. The various pockets have quite a few little areas for pens and booklets, so quite handy for school or college stuff. The ‘leather’ accents are a nice touch, but these do generally have a habit of wearing away quite quickly – so it would be nice to see these replaced with a harder wearing canvas or PU accent in a newer release the charging port is a nice little touch – not sure how well that’d stand up to a wash, but it (appears) to be unscrew able, so time will tell!
A reasonable buy given the price at this time, I feel.
I initially got this bag for my adult son as he works in IT and frequently has to transport a laptop to and from work. Yeah, he’s not getting it I was blown away by this bag and decided to keep it for myself and recycle my old one over to him – in my defence I do have to work off site and have to take a laptop with me so it will get used.
The straps and back of the bag have a good thick padding, even the top handle has padding to it so no matter how you are carrying it it is comfortable. The internal laptop pocket is also padded inside and sits against the padding on the rear of the bag so it will keep your device nicely cushioned. I also like the inclusion of the USB-A cable on the interior of the bag leading to the charging point on the exterior of the bag – I do have a power bank with a USB-A output and it fits nicely in the small inside zippered pocket and I can just leave it unzipped a little way so the cable pokes out. The external connectors are covered by rubber to keep them clean and feature a USB-A and a USB-C socket so finding a charging cable to fit is a breeze.
There are so many pockets on this it is incredible. There is a zippered pocket at the bottom of the back of the bag that is sized well for a smartphone. The front of the bag has two very obvious front pockets finished with a PU Leather trim. There is then a large pocket that unzips and almost the whole front flaps down – perfect for documents and then a half size front zippered pocket that has a sectioned off portion that is ideal for pens, batteries and any other small bits and pieces.
The interior is also spacious. I can easily get my laptop, charger, phone, cables, USB Hub, mouse, notepads, jar of coffee, mug, metal travel mug and a lunch bag in it without the bag groaning at the seams. So, instead of taking 2 bags with me I can get everything in this one bag.
The fabric claims to be water resistant and does have that feel to it and the linings are nice and slippery feeling. All the zippers move freely without snagging or stuttering. The stitching is nicely finished. Overall the bag feels good, sturdy and high quality.
What I liked
The backpack is well made and the main fabric is a pleasing colour and texture, a grey / black.
There are plenty of zip pockets externally and pockets are large to allow a lot of stuff to be stored.
The “secret pocket” at the back is large and allows several items such as wallet, phone, keys etc to be stored there. (Often these pockets are too small and seem like a token gesture but this one is good).
The straps and padding on the back is comfortable and provides good support.
There is a luggage pass through strap which is sufficiently flexible / loose so it will fit over a luggage handle easily. (Often these are too tight and once a pack is full will not easily fit over a handle, however this one is better).
There is a well padded top handle to carry it by and a hook handle to allow it to be hung when possible.
What could be improved in my opinion.
Some more internal zip pockets would be useful to stop small items moving around and make finding things easier.
The zip pulls are chunky (which is good if you have gloves on) but are perhaps not the most attractive (they could be swapped out if needed though).
The shiny back covers to the zips on the front are useful to keep water out but I think they may look not so good after a while (perhaps something made of cloth or the same fabric as the pack would have looked better).
Summary
This is a good basic backpack that will provide tonnes of storage and has sufficient pockets to store different items separately. A few small changes would make it really good. I’ve given a solid 4 out 5 stars for this product. Recommended as long as the price is competitive
