What should I do if there is an unplayable DVD?
Firstly, the Blu-ray disc cannot be played.
Second, clean the surface of the disc with alcohol and cotton cloth.
Third, clean the laser head at the base of the DVD disc with alcohol and cotton cloth.
Can I get a new part if I have a problem with a lost or damaged part?
YOTON can of course be replaced with new accessories.
