One of my issues with the mobile phone bags that go around the neck is that they are often too small to hold a car key as well.
These bags are pretty big, more than enough space for a large phone and a set of keys, being a bum bag, probably suit a man better than some of the over the head designs too.
I haven’t tested them in the sea yet but in the sink I didn’t see any sign of water ingress however I didn’t feel the plastic was particularly robust so you would need to take a lot of care to ensure nothing pierces it but I hope people would have the sense to realise that when they open the packet!
A good price for what you get which, if looked after well, could last a while.
I wanted something to put my phone in for when I walked the dog, but this is far bigger than expected. However, it has its uses. It will easily hold toiletries and is definitely waterproof, with a double lock on the closing. It’s actually quite tough to open.
The strap is a bonus for ease of carrying. I’d not feel comfortable carrying anything expensive or valuable in it as it’s pretty see through but it is good for the kids if they want to take things to the beach. It’ll hold a standard sized book ok too, or a kindle.
