Great laptop at an affordable price. I bought it for my son for his gaming and he is really happy with it. Easy to set up and amazing customer service. All in all absolutely perfect for us. Would definitely recommend.
All in all, a pretty good laptop.
Sturdy and with a large screen. An acceptable device for the money but nothing above average. The device boots up quickly and the display is good. The tone sounds slightly tinny. The keyboard is quite loud – as are the buttons on the touchpad. Windows 11 was included. SD card slot – is available. The device ok for average users, but probably not enough for experts and gamers.
A gaming laptop for 500? Well perhaps. I haven’t run games on it. This was bought for live music performances and the grunt definitely comes in handy for that. It’s light and looks smart. 16-core CPU and a decent GPU with 16GB DDR4? Absolutely. Screen size is really good, and although not quite pin-sharp is amazing for the price point. Would have liked another USB3 port but extenders are cheap so that’s a minor quibble. All in all, great value for money.
The cooling system works well, keeping the laptop cool during intense gaming. With 16GB of RAM and a 512GB NVMe SSD, it’s fast and has enough storage for my games. Plus, it supports up to 64GB of RAM and 2TB of extra storage.
The laptop’s slim design, backlit keyboard, and multiple ports, including Wi-Fi 6, are all nice touches. The lifetime tech support and 12-month warranty are also a big plus.
The laptop doesn’t get hot, even when I play for a long time, thanks to the cooling system. It has 16GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD, which is great for loading games quickly, and I love that I can upgrade it if I need more space in the future.

Now for customer services, on the keyboard panel there is a yellow sticker with a QR code to contact them via WhatsApp, my first laptop developed a software issue that could not be rectified so I had to send it back to them(which they reimbursed the courier fees) and then they sent out a replacement that was absolutely amazing. They were helpful, polite, courteous at all times
