purchased cheaper batteries to replace damaged battery, but after two i gave up and purchased a real one.
this worked a treat and charged up straight away.
although slightly more expensive worked well and was able to use drill again.
i think a moral here!!!!!!
I use this on my Circular saw and Jig saw and its great, i’m just pleased i went for the 5 over the 4 as i always regret saving a little and losing out on a lot, a few days down the line.

BTW dont forget to register your Dewalt Power tool when buying, if the free 3 year guarantee is available, you have 4 weeks to do it from purchase.

Using this on the Cordless Jigsaw – and it works a treat.
Note: I was going to return this as the LEDs did not light and indicate the charge left.
The Battery comes in a box with ZERO instructions.
A quick check on YouTube; I found a site that demonstrated this battery and various other batteries.
So – to check the battery level – Press the little battery indicator next to the 3 charge LEDs – Easy when you know how.
