This little device could be a fun way of practicing your putting. It’s not really for the serious golfer, but for a bit of amusement could be used indoors (with care), or on a patio etc. Of course, then you’re on an unatural surface, so definitely more for casual enjoyment than anything else. It needs a flat surface to work properly, so can’t really be used on a lawn or other uneven surface.
The gadget needs two AA batteries in order to be able to return the ball and these are not included. Overall, I think it makes a fun gift and is probably in the right sort of price range for these things.
