This pilates ball is great. I got it for some exercises I’m doing to improve my shoulder health. My 2-year-old son also loves playing with it. Overall, it feels well made.

The only downside is the way it gets inflated. It’s easy enough, but it relies on this little straw thing. That straw then becomes yet another additional thing that you need to hold onto, and recall the location of, for future use. I would’ve preferred it be a normal needle type valve that you get on other inflatable balls of this size. To be fair, it’s also my fault for not realising the implications of the mention of the inflation straw in the product listing.

This pilates ball is selling for 5.99 at the time of this review. I think that’s an okay price.

Nice little Pilates ball. It’s easy to inflate with the plastic straw provided and seems well made.

I’ve been using it for about 4 weeks and haven’t needed to re-inflate it. I just need to make sure I keep the little straw safe in case I do!

    I’d recommend.

A good sized ball for pilates. Comfortable and firm enough to use. It is easy to blow up with a straw that is provided, though it’s just as easy to lose the straw which I have. However, I just used my stainless steel straw and it works just as well. Good product, would recommend!

The ball is the perfect size at 25cm (about 9.8 inches), making it extremely versatile for a variety of exercises like Pilates, yoga, and core training.

Inflating the ball was super easy with the included straw, and it holds air really well—no deflating after multiple uses. I love how sturdy and durable it feels, despite its small size. The material has just the right amount of firmness and gives excellent support while still being soft enough for exercises where you need to grip the ball with your legs or hands.

I primarily use it for stability and balance exercises, and it’s done wonders for my core. It’s also great for stretching and improving flexibility. The size is ideal for targeting those smaller muscles, and it fits perfectly under your back or between your knees for various moves.

Another great aspect is that it’s lightweight and compact, making it easy to take with you or store away when not in use. It’s perfect for home gyms with limited space or for bringing along to yoga or Pilates classes.

Overall, this product is an affordable and effective addition to any fitness routine, whether you’re a beginner or more advanced. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to improve balance, stability, and core strength!

Easy to blow up and use, the perfect little size for home workouts. I’ve found it nice and easy to store, both inflated and easy to flatten and store that way. Id defiantly buy it again if i need to

This little Pilates ball has a plastic pin like stopper, and comes with a plastic tube to blow it up. Whilst I found it so easy and quick to blow up, I noticed it didn’t have a value and, consequently, it lost air as fast as I filled it, once I removed the straw. So next attempt I had to hold the stopper right next to the hole to insert it as quickly as possible so it didn’t lose much air.

The ball is a good size and was perfect to hold between my legs and thighs. Squeezing it continuously during a work out it didn’t seem to lose any air at all and, as it was no hassle to let down and inflate again, I could let the air out post workout to store flat in the meantime. A nice little addition to my equipment.

4.0 out of 5 stars Nice size for leg work

it’s very easy to setup – and you don’t need a pump – your breath is fine –

It seems to stay in shape after you’ve filled it up and makes for a nice addition to pilates and yoga practise

I regularly practice yoga at home and have been doing so for a while however I have never used any props before to improve my practice! I find this ball to be very effective at supporting poses where lower intensity may be preferred but my favourite way to use it is to add intensity and strength building to poses by squeezing the ball in the various yoga positions I do. The ball comes in a vacuum pack and you have to blow it up yourself which I was worried would be challenging however I didn’t find it too difficult luckily and managed to do it first try. I wouldn’t recommend putting your entire body weight onto this ball as it isn’t really designed to take a lot of weight but it is very suitable for home yoga practice and for that I would highly recommend.
