I love going for walks of an evening but the cold really gets to my hands. Considering how warm I get during the day, or when it’s warm outside, when it’s cold my hands really chill easily. It’s great carrying these around with me at night time. I usually just keep them on low unless it gets super chilly then I bump it up a bit. Haven’t had to recharge them yet the battery has lasted such a long time. I’m really impressed with them

Wasn’t expecting much but was pleasantly surprised by these.

Come presented in a nice box containing the hand warmers themselves, carrying pouch, two lanyards, USB-C charging cable and instruction manual.

The warmers are blue and white in colour and can fit nicely in the palm of your hand for gripping. They are easy to operate with three heat settings – 1-3 with increasing levels. At the highest level – they are quite effective and will definitely make a difference on a really cold day – especially if held in your coat/jacket pockets whilst out and about! 😉

To recharge – you just lift the plastic flap to reveal the USB-C port. You can use the provided USB-C cable to charge off a PC/Mac, laptop or power bank with a USB-A port. They only require 3v/2A so 6W of power to charge. Each battery has a 3000mAh capacity and last for up to 9 hours which is quite impressive! 😉

There are magnets in each warmer – allowing them to stick together for easy storage and transportation.

They are also IP45 water and dust resistant so are also perfect for outdoor use.

Overall, great value at the current price of 23.99 and would highly recommend! 😉

Walking in the winter is a nightmare for my other half, so this was the perfect solution to keep her hands warm.

I love that they are rechargeable and also they stick together with a magnet.

    Would definitely recommend them.

The first thing I noticed with these is their weight. Compared to other products, they are a bit heavier than you’d expect, but there is good reason for this: Premium Materials and high capacity batteries.

I really like how these feel and how they’re presented. The buttons are robust but give good user feedback, so you know that you’re definitely pressing them. The metal plate on each unit is finished nicely and the magnets in the backs to keep them together are reasonable in strength.

I’m a little disappointed in two things however: Maximum output and the size of the heat plates. At full temperature, on the highest setting, the warmth is pleasant, but I would expect the medium setting to be pleasant, with the highest being a rapid high temperature output, which is not present.

On top of this, the plates have a small surface area, relative to the size of each device, so if you’re happy with your palms, but your fingers are cold, you may struggle to get much heat to them. I don’t have big hands – about average for a man – but I struggle to get the heat to more than 3 fingers at a time.

The carry pouch and wrist straps are a nice touch, with the Split-USB Cable that charges both devices at the same time.

I do like these, but I’ve switched to using them as pocket warmers instead of hand warmers, given the issues I highlighted above, so I’ll let you make your own decision.

As someone that spends a fair bit of time at train stations commuting these devices are super helpful as the winter months close in for keeping my hands warm.

The magnetic attachment of this particular model is really nice to have. I have some that use a mechanical latching system which are OK but frequently separate leaving me scrabbling to find them in my bag, but dont have that issue with these.

The wrist straps are neat and makes them easier to grab when in the pocket or of course prevent them from slipping away from your hands while holding them. I can see this being beneficial perhaps for anyone that might struggle with grip or mobility espescially, and also on the days where its damp / wet.

They charge reasonably quickly considering the capacity (3000mAh each) and via USB-C (thank goodness!), and the heat / charge level is shown via 3 LEDs, which while not the most accurate, is pretty handy at giving some indicator of charge level.

The OCOOPA UT4 Urban Magnetic Hand Warmers are a well-crafted product that offers three heat settings, with the highest setting providing significant warmth. While the longevity of the product remains to be determined, the initial impression is highly favorable, especially considering the reasonable price point.

Winter’s coming – round about the same time it does every year, I should add – so being prepared would be wise.

I own a couple of other handwarmers from OCOOPA and they don’t hold back with producing a premium feeling pocket warmer, from the packaging, down to the product finish.

Massively useful and simple to use, all they take is a click, and you’ve something thaat feels like a warm cup of tea in your hand! Having them magnetised is great for keeping them together (or losing both of them at once – it’s worth slipping one into each pocket and keeping them apart!)

Extra girth has been given to the strap handle, so you could probably now thread a thin belt or a lanyard through it rather than the supplied weak string wrist straps.

I have to say, something about these feel different. I’m not sure if it’s to do with the minerals in the plastic, but they just feel different to my others.

Nonetheless, like my other hand warmers I’m confident that they will last a long time, and handy as spares for when I’m not walking alone.

Ocoopa Urban Warmers, I got these in preparation for winter, one thing I can’t stand is cold hand or cold feet. I know its not quite winter yet but with the summer we had, using the warmers now would not feel out of place.

Inside the compact and nicely presented square box is a tray with two hand warmers. At first I thought that was all we got, but with it being Ocoopa, of course not, lifting the tray reveals a load of extras, charging cable, soft travel pouch and two wrist band attachments.

The Warmers includes a button at the front that is used to turn on the device, 3 heat settings (Red LED) and also when pressed twice quickly, shows in blue the amount of charge left inside the 3000mAh battery.

When switched on, the device gets to work with slight heat around 10 seconds and around 30-40 seconds mark they start feeling nice and warm, very speedy!

A few small negatives is that heating area, which is the blue coloured area is quite small in compared to the whole device, I suppose that is probably how it gets heated up so fast. But for my man sized hands it does feel a tad small.

Ocoopa have quite the reputation in making warmers, these are my third set, and no its not that they are unreliable, its because when I share with the family they never return it back to me (must be that good!). I can safely say after enquiring about the ‘hand warmer’, it is reassuring that all of them still works great.

Good value and a well known reputable brand, recommended. 5 Stars
