Initially brought this not thinking it would be used much. However, since we got it (was originally intended for my wife) the entire family have taken to it and everyone wants a go! Feature wise it is quite well stacked giving you everything you’d want during a work out (or destressing punch time!). The velcro works surprisingly well and is great to pop it up quickly when you can’t squeeze a trip to the gym in but fancy a workout. I’d recommend it.
You can adjust speed, there are different programs to choose and set volume. I finally got my backside up and with only 10 minutes everyday my energy improved. Super easy to install, lightweight and nice 3/4 gloves so your hands are not sweating inside the glove. Definitely would recommend
I decide to buy this as another way of getting some movement exercise. The unit is well made and very easy to attached to the wall. In my case, I used the large Velcro strips provided to attach to a painted plasterboard wall and they were easy to fit. Any concerns I had about whether they would be strong enough were put to rest as it’s very securely attached. The semi-open style gloves provided are a good fit, even for my fairly large hands, and there is no discomfort even after several hundred hits. With it being attached to a plasterboard wall, I don’t hit the unit too hard, but it does feel like it would be sturdy enough to cope if I did. It is definitely a convenient solution that takes up very little space so if this is the kind of boxing device you are after then I would recommend it.
This machine is lightweight but amazing quality , it arrived really quickly and I’m so happy with this item.

So I bought this Boxing Machine to help me improve my fitness and have fun whilst doing so, omg it’s fantastic, so easy to set up (I have mine in my hallway ), super easy charging with the supplied USB cable and so much fun, I can go at a fast pace or slower depending on how intense I want my workout to be, it connects to Bluetooth so spar about to my fav motivational music, when my friends came over they couldn’t stop ‘having a go’ now they all want one and truly couldn’t believe the low price, I just know it’s going on a lot of Christmas lists . Defo great buy
