This is simple to build, comes with all the tools required to assemble it. Just 4 bolts to fasten in and then hand wheels to secure it. It’s adjusted quickly by loosening the hand wheels and then change the height and re fasten them. The material is a suede type and is grippy with footwear or without. It is cleanable to an extent but couldn’t be removed to be washed. It’s also firm but cushioned a little which I think is the ideal for its purpose. It takes up a lot of space obviously it’s 8 ft long and there isn’t any getting away from this for storage or living it around. It’s perfect for a home gym or small group but unless you have a van you wouldn’t want to move this around. For the money it does the job well enough. At full height it’s not 100% stable but anything lower is very good. Full height would likely be stable for little ones but anything approaching adult it’s a little unstable if you get excitable on the beam. All in all a worthwhile purchase for budding gymnasts.
