I got these to replace my aged “Flavorizer Bars” on my Webber Spirit II (E-310) since those bars wear out and start rusting, getting holes, etc. over time and heavy use. I found these new ones to both fit & work perfectly, replacing them is SUPER EASY! It literally only takes about 2 minutes.
1) Just lift off your grill grates
2)Lift out the old Flavorizer bars
3) put the new ones in the same slots
Now, there are only 3 burners on the Spirit II, but 5 flavorizer bars. You actually need to use ALL 5 bars, since they cover and protect the gas tube that runs across the back that helps ignite the middle and right side from getting gunked up with grease, sauces and such.
The bars are heavy and fit perfectly on my Weber spirit 330. They cost much less than I expected to replace them. All you have to do to install them in your grill is lift up the old ones and put in the new ones. Super easy to replace them. My original ones had holes burnt through the metal so I was probably overdue to replace them. I’ve used my grill since I put the new ones in, and I didn’t notice any functional difference from the original bars that came with the grill.
Fits in my Weber Spirit E-310. Looks like the original bars, but without the cutouts and holes. I don’t think they degrade performance, but it does make it a little bit harder to see the flame. They seem like the same thickness as the original bars. Hopefully they last as long as the original and are easy to clean.
The Unicook 66032 Flavorizer Bars for Weber Genesis II/LX 300 Series, E310, E315, E335 (2017 and Newer) Gas Grills are a fit for my GENSIS EPX-335 (2024 MODEL). I strongly recommend that you measure your grill’s bars and compare it to the specs listed here (17 1/8″ long, 3″ wide — measured at base of unit). Weber has a knack for reusing model names with different iterations of grills. All “300 Series” models are NOT alike.
Note that these are not an EXACT match to the OEM bars that come with the grill, however, I believe they will work as intended. The dimensions of the bars are the same as the original, but there are some design differences. I am not sure if the difference in the cutout locations (see photos) will impact heat distribution or flare ups.
The material seems to be very close to the OEM bars in weight and the coating seems to be about the same, as well. I got these to have as backups to keep on hand, and I hope I won’t need them until next year’s grilling season begins.
To me, these are the workhorse of any BBQ grill, distributing heat and generating the sizzle/smoke that gives the distinctive BBQ flavor to whatever is grilling. I like to change these out annually just because of the build up that can reduce the heat/flavor transfer. These Flavorizer Bars should work just fine for this.
For the price point of the Unicook units (about to 1/3 the cost of OEM replacements), subtle differences (if any) are a good trade off.
Because of the design difference, I will give these 4 STARS. However, I do recommend these Flavorizer bars.
These fit our Weber 330 just fine. They are a little wobbly (just barely), but that doesn’t really make a difference, I don’t think. The porcelain will make them easier to clean. Very happy with them!
Although we don’t have a weber grill these bars fit are grill perfectly we have a very old giant smoke hollow grill that’s got a offset smoker box charcoal grill side three burners gas grill plus a big separate sear burner . Any how we’ve had flavor bars in the past and they turn out to be flimsy stamped steel that after a few uses start delaminating and Rusting these are easily double the thickness of all the others I’ve had before and these are the first ceramic coating like this as well they things weigh a ton it really disperses the heat uniformly it takes a few more minutes for the grill to come to temperature but it holds the heat better and more uniformly I tried cooking a nice ribeye for the first try bcz that’s really what I wanted cooked perfectly the burgers and dogs was just a plus .the stak came out great now because the grill held its heat a little longer the grill marks on the steak with more pronounced it cooked faster so there was a good crust on it while it’s still stayed medium rare on the inside and juicy the flavor bars worked out perfect. I like the half moon shape towards the front of the bar. It makes it easier to pick up and clean underneath. Slightly different lengths though therefore you need to pay attention when putting them in.
These flavorizer bars fit perfectly in our Weber Genesis II E-315 grill. Installation was quick, easy, and didn’t require any tools. While our before & after photos are satisfying (excuse the mess at the bottom, we’re definitely due for a deep clean), the improved taste of our grilled food is even more satisfying.
