Decent little set for the money.
Straight out of the box with the alloy shafts pre-fitted, all 3 spin straight-and-true from point to flight.
A good selection of spares are included, as well as a sharpening stone.
I’m using these at home in a ‘just for fun’ capacity, having had a dartboard mounted on the cloakroom door for more years than I can remember!. In that regard they’re absolutely fine, and nice to have an extra set along with my decades-old ‘Milbro’ set.
Good stuff, and on a quality/value-for-money basis… 5-Stars.
I like this darts set, firstly to me at least it is an attractive and well-designed set. I like the contrast of the bright blue and the jet black. Furthermore, the set is pretty comprehensive in that it contains pretty much two sets of darts….or perhaps not quite, I mean that everything bar the barrels have a replacement option (spare flights, spare shafts, spare O rings) and the set also has a dart sharpener and comes in a case to top it off. The case is a fairly basic plain black case but it is well-designed in that it fits everything in comfortably despite it’s compact nature. Everything except the two sets of spare flights and darts sharpener which come separately. .The shafts on the darts are aluminium I think (they’re metal anyway) and the spare shafts are plastic which is not great to be perfectly honest, but they are spares after all. The darts feel good in the hand. The barrels are grippy and textured. They feel well-balanced and fly through the air quite nicely too.
Overall I am happy with and reasonably impressed by this comprehensive darts set. In my opinion it would be good for a beginner or as a spare set to have sitting in the drawer for those just-in-case times or for a teenage boy perhaps. There’s nothing wrong with the set really it’s just obviously not a professional level fancy set, as the low price suggests.
