Do I need to provide proofs, other sellers don’t provide upload facility for proofs?
It is a legal requirement for all DVLA licenced suppliers to get proof prior to making your order , if you don’t provide these documents your plate is NOT ROAD LEGAL and can be subject to fines of up to £1000 and MOT failure.
People online selling 3D/4D plates by sticking the letters onto a plain plate – are these legal?
Unfortunately not, it is a legal requirement for the standard printed characters to be printed on the plate then the 3D/4D characters are affixed on top of them. Again, you risk a fine of £1000 and MOT failure if you purchase these plates.
Can you supply plates pre-drilled with screw holes?
The latest DVLA guidelines are for plates to be affixed to the vehicle with double sided adhesive, as this does not damage the laminate or reflective surface. We therefore only supply adhesive fixing kits with our plates.
Do you offer flags and graphics on your plates ?
The latest DVLA guidelines for BS AU 145e is for the UK Flag with UK text, or the green EV flash on the plates to remain road legal. Therefore we only supply these options on our plates.
