• 1. it is made of high quality stainless steel (note: long term high temperature grilling will change color)
• 2. Please wait for the hot ash to cool naturally, do not flush it off with water to avoid peeling and rusting due to thermal expansion and contraction
• 3. Always use dry wood when possible. Wet wood will take longer to burn and will produce more smoke.
• 4. When you first use your stove,the unique double-wall airflow within the unit will take approximately 5-15minutes to achieve full efficiency.
• 5. Overfilling the stove above the top air holes will decrease efficiency and will produce more smoke.
