Yes, you can use the MFB button on the wireless headset to answer and end calls. However, please note that only calls from the mobile phone can be managed in this way. For online calls via UC software such as Zoom/Teams, you must use the mouse.
What should I do if my headset suddenly cannot connect to my device?
You can delete the pairing history by pressing and holding the MFB button and the Volume+ button simultaneously for 5 seconds while the headset is switched on and no call is being made. The headset is then ready to connect again.

How can I connect the wireless headset to two devices?
1. Switch on the headset and connect it to device A.
2. Disconnect it from A and then press the MFB button and the volume+ button simultaneously to make it ready for connection again.
3. Connect it to device B.
4. Connect it to A again.
How can I put the headset into pairing mode for work?
When you switch on the headset for the first time, it is automatically set to pairing mode. If you want to switch to pairing mode again, simply press the MFB button and the volume up button at the same time.
