• How to remove and install SD card?

  Find the TF card slot on the side of the camera. Use your fingernail or tweezers to press down on the SD card, and it will automatically pop out. Press it down again until it clicks to reinsert it.

• How to Download the Files?

  1.Connect the camera to the computer using a USB cable while the camera is powered on.2.Turn off the camera, remove the SD card and insert it into the card reader included in the camera packaging, then connect the reader to the computer/cellphone.

• What should I do if the picture quality of the photos taken by this camera is blurry?

  The default pixel of our camera is “economy” in the power-on mode, press MENU button in the camera mode to adjust the resolution of the photo to the “fine” in the Resolution interface, so that we can take high quality and clear photos.
