• Is the charging station only compatible with the Meta Quest 3S?

  Yes, the GEEKERA PD 18W fast charging station has been specially developed for the Oculus Quest 3S VR headset and controllers.

• Why does the Meta Quest 3S headset not charge?

  If the charging station does not charge after switching on, please check whether the magnetic head and the charging cable are in good contact.

• Why are the Meta Quest 3S Touch controllers not charging?

  Please make sure that the ‘-’ and ‘+’ batteries are correctly inserted in the controller. When charging, the metal contacts of the batteries (pointing upwards) must be in contact with the metal contacts of the battery cover.
