1. Godox iM30 is not compatible with cameras lacking a single-contact hot shoe. Ensure your camera has the correct hot shoe type or consult the compatibility list before purchasing.
2. When using the flash for the first time, wait for the recycle indicator to turn green, signaling that recycling is complete. If the indicator remains red, replace the battery with a new or fully charged one.
3. If the flash still doesn’t work and you have confirmed that your camera is compatible and the battery has been replaced, try changing the camera’s flash setting to “manual mode/M mode” in the menu.
