Q:What is the battery life of the mini camera?

A: The small camera can be used for about 90 minutes on a single FULL charge. To ensure continuous use, it is recommended to connect to a power source before use.

Q:Which WiFi band does the mini wireless camera support?

A:It only supports 2.4GHz WiFi, NOT support 5GHz WiFi. However, it supports viewing real-time videos through 5G phones, provided that the 5G mobile phone and the hidden camera are connected to the same 2.4GHz WiFi.

Q:Will the mini-camera heat up when charging and working?

A: Yes, it will heat up when charging and working, which is a normal phenomenon. We’ve incorporated numerous ventilation holes into the product design to facilitate heat dissipation effectively. Please rest assured.

Q:Why can’t my spy camera recognize the TF card I inserted?

A: The TF card needs to be inserted when the device is powered OFF. After inserting, check whether the capacity of the TF card is displayed in the “System Settings” → “TF Record Settings” of the device in the APP. If it prompts “No TF card detected”, it means that the TF card recognition failed. TF card requirements:

1.Please choose a well-known brand of genuine C10 high-speed, FAT32 format and capacity is between 4-512G memory card, not purchasing expanded cards.

2.The TF card can be recognized by the computer normally, and it may take some time for the tiny camera to recognize the TF card. After inserting the card, wait for about 20s before observing.
